***CALUM***

Cassie looked at the beach, and I couldn't tell if she was amazed or scared.

"Do you like it?" I asked nervously.

"Yes!" she screamed excitedly.  "Calum, it's beautiful!"

My nervousness slipped away and I said, "Shall we?" I reached out my hand towards hers.   She took it with a smile.

We walked down the path set and I just watched her.  She had the biggest smile on her face as she took in everything I'd done.  Well, everything I'd done with help.

When we reached the table, I pulled out her chair for her and she sat with a smile.  I walked to the other side of the table and sat down.

"So," I said.  "I wasn't sure if you were going to like this."

"Oh my God, Calum! How could I not?"  she exclaims.  Her face is still lit up with her beautiful smile.  "You did this all for me?" she asks.

I nodded sheepishly.  Her smile grew wider.  Then our food was served.  Yes, I hired a server.

After we ate, I grabbed her hand and we took a walk.

"I still can't believe you did this all for me," she said.

"Well believe it," I replied with a smile.

"Have you ever done this with any other girls?" she asked.  Honestly, no.  I'd never felt something like this for another girl.  Cassie was different.  Special.  Beautiful.  I just hoped she didn't think I was using her like I had so many other girls.  That's why I wanted to do this for her.

"No.  I like you a lot more than the other girls I've dated," I said honestly.  She stopped walking and turned towards me.  She looked into my eyes and her smile faded as she pressed her lips to mine.  My eyes closed, and for some unknown reason, butterflies fluttered up through my chest.  She slowly pulled away, a bigger smile now plastered on her face.  We were still only inches away.

"I think I'm falling in love with you, Cassie West," I whispered.

"And you too, Calum Hood."
