Back to the gym

*Riley's POV*

I woke up to Dan shouting again, not that I'm complaining.

"RILEY, YOU HAVE GYM TODAY" He yelled.

"OKAY" I yelled back, picking up my phone.

Megan💜: see you at practice today, can't wait💜

Me: yep, can't wait☺️💜

I locked my phone and got out of bed.
I picked up my black, multi coloured gymnastics bag and started to fill it.

I put my: wristies, elbow support, bow, grips, Advil, icy hot, two sets of hair ties, hair bobbles, bobby pins, Fiji water, pre wrap, headphones, team leo, eos lip balm, scrunchie, athletic tape, Hollister spray, watermelon socks, hair brush, eos hand cream and my galaxy nikes into my bag, then went into my gymnastics box and picked out a galaxy leo and black shorts.
I put my hair into a tight high pony tail, then slipped into my black nike high tops.

"I'm ready" I smiled as I walked into the living room.

"Let's go" Phil smiled, spinning the car keys on his finger... Well trying, after one spin they flew of and hit Dan in the face.

"Idiot" Dan mumbled, before breaking out in a fit of laughter.

*magical time skip to when they arrive at gymnastics*

"MEGAN! CIERA! MAGGIE!" I yelled, running up to them.

"RILEY" they shouted back.

We walked into the gym and got showed around and introduced to the rest of the squad. We also got the team leo and we get jumpers tomorrow. (I already had the team leo, they sent it in the post)

We got settled and I started to work on my floor routine.
I put the cd in the player and started to do my tumbling passes.
Round off, back handspring, back layout, and rebound into a spinning split jump.
I cracked my knuckled.
"Tumbling pass one, another two to go" I mumbled to myself.

"Hey Riley, how are you doing?" One of the coaches asked.

"Good" I smiled.

"Let me introduce myself to you, I'm Abby, your new coach" she smiled.

"Hi, I'm Riley as you already know" I smiled.

"Show me what you got" Abby smiled.

I did my tumbling pass again, making sure it was perfect and that I stuck every landing.

"Amazing" she smiled. "Just make sure you really open your ribs while doing the spinning split jump" she added.

"Okay" I smiled.

For the rest of the day we worked on my floor routine and valt.
  
"See you tomorrow" I smiled, walking out the door.

"See you" Abby smiled.

I waved at Dan and Phil who were in the car.

"Have fun?" Dan asked.

"It was amazing" I smiled.

"Bye Megan, bye Ciera, bye Maggie" I shouted out the window, they waved back.

We got back, I ate an apple, fed Gizmo and went to bed to binge watch Greys Anatomy.
