C6. A Dream That Changed Everything

Nagisa's POV

I stared at Kazuko-san as she slept. Her sleeping face was adorable. I just came back from sending the game to the two demons. I sat on the bed next to her. The only reason that the group didn't want Kazuko-san to meet the demon, was that she might be terrifed again. Masaru lefted without telling the others. We didn't want to worry to much because he's the leader and his robot is strong enough to beat those demons. I raised my hand to pet her head softly, not trying to wake her up. Her face twisted in fear, sweat began to form on her head. She looks like in pain. I quickly got up, I took my hand and placed it on her forehead, she's not sick. Tsutsumi began whimpering in her sleep.

'Does she have a nightmare?' I thought as I tried to think of solutions to help her.

Kazuko's POV

○Dream○
The demons defeated Shingetsu, they both ran to safety, not bothering to go help him.
'No..S-Shingetsu...'  I watched as his robot began to fall, his face shocked. He started to cry, he began to move the controllers, but he looked up one last time. Standing in shock, the arm of the robot crushed him, an explosion started,sending him and the robotic arm on fire. I stood there in the range where the explosion cannot get near me, my legs not moving, it feels like I'm glued to the ground as I watch someone close to me die.

My legs didn't move an inch when he was crushed, they soon allowed me to move and ran towards his body. I kneeled down to his level of height. His body was burned, the only thing left I was his scarf and the Warriors Of Hope badge. I threw my plush and gripped the fabric with silver object close to my chest. It smelled just like him, my tears formed in hot boiling substance. I cried in fury.

The demons killed him-! If they would have helped Shingetsu he would have survived-! They really are Demons-! They thrive in their own filth that they call victory-! They don't care of the life's of others-!  Shingetsu died because of them-! They should all die in their own filth-!!

I let out a piercing scream, a scream that was loud enough to let the walls echo. I cried even further, my mind clouded with memories with Shingetsu. His smiles, his hair, his strictness, his soothing voice, his everything......it's all dead.

"Shingetsu-san-!!!" I last shouted before everything began to crumble to the ground.
The demons will die in my own hands-!

Nagisa's POV

"Shingetsu-san-!!!" Kazuko-san yelled, before I shook her awake, making her jolt up from the bed. She began to cry,

"S-Shingetsu-san..." I hugged her to my chest for comfort. Her cries became sobs, I felt the wetness erupt on my chest.

I asked her if she was fine, she only nodded and kept repeating my surname over and over again. I rubbed her back to stop which worked and got her attention.

"Ney, Kazuko-san lets cut off the honorifics...we are getting to the stage of best friends. Don't you think-?" I sent a heartfelt smile, which made red streak across her cheeks.  Kazuko nodded, placed her plush next to her, and snuggled closer to my chest.

Kazuko's POV

'Best friends huh...' I smiled into Nagisa's chest, 'I won't let anyone take him away from me...especially those heartless demons.'  

I felt a new feeling, I can't describe it well. I hugged Nagisa tighter to help me figure this feeling.

'It makes me insane..it makes me want Nagisa safe and to me...it wants me to kill the others..
What is this-?'

Author's POV

From that day on, Kazuko felt something new 'Feeling'
That feeling is called Obsession....who knew that Nagisa will be in a real danger zone.
