It has been three days since I saw Dice.

The memory of that awful day still remained in my mind playing over and over again.

"Rolf! will you come down please! someone's looking for you!"

My mom called me out suddenly causing me to jump out the bed.

I hurriedly went down to the stairs and hoping it was Dice.

When I reached the sala I instantly saw Gena.

"Hi Rolf!" she smiled lovely.

"I will give you some privacy," mom said leaving the room.

"Hi..how are you?" I said seeing her in relief.

I gestured for her to sit down.

"I'm fine.. how about you?" she smiled again.

"Fine..I guess.."

"Listen..Rolf..I know things had been difficult for us this past days but I'm over that now.."

I was just listening to her carefully trying not to break her heart again.

"I want us to be back again.. I lo.."

"Dice is back.."

Shit.

I suddenly interrupted her before she can finally drop the L word to me. Bad timing.

"What?!"

Her face is indescribable at the moment.

Silence passed.

Battle of the stares passed.

"Dice.. she is back.. I saw her a couple of days ago.." I said calmly.

"Did you not hear me? I said I love you Rolf.." her face is tomato red now.

"Gena.. I'm sorry.."

"Oh my god! now you're breaking up with me? what is wrong with you?"

"Gena..listen.."

"Tell me.. since when did you have feelings for Dice?" her eyes are swelling up now.

"I don't know.." I answered honestly.

Gena stood up and came closer to me. She was sitting next to me trying to plea. It hurts seeing her like this.

"Why are you doing this to me Rolf? am I not enough?" a tear escaped her brown eye.

I hated myself for making a girl cry.

"Baby.. I love you.." she repeated.

Damn.

"I am truly sorry Gen.. I did care for you.. but I need to be honest now.. I don't feel the same way anymore.. I'm sorry.."

She stood up again, this time getting away from me.

"Gen.."

"It's okay..I don't think you have loved me enough to erase Dice there in your heart even if she doesn't remember you anymore.."

I halted at the thought. How did she know about Dice's condtion?

"How did..?" I was taken aback.

"I know everything Rolf.. " she started sobbing.

"Your mom knows too."

"What?"
