Updates
Update when ever you can. We all have lives and its hard to find time. So if someone says "OMG I love this story please update!" or "UPDATE NOW!!!" . Don't get all over welled because you see these comments. Get happy, get inspired, have fun. If you start to over think things and get frustrated about writing another chapter up, writing becomes a job. And that's not what wattpad is about. Well it can be if you want it to be but is shouldn't be that way.
I have read many, many guides. Most people say to update a chapter ever 3-4 days. I have tried this and I sometime got over welled and would spend most of my school day writing. It takes me a long time to write. I'll write 200 words stop and do something else. If I'm really in the mood I can write three chapter up in a day and that would be about 3,000+ words or less. Not everyone can do this and its fine.
Or what I like to do update a chapter every week. This is easy and it works out for me and most people with a busy schedule.
