They are the best to end a chapter. If you read any of my books you will find out quickly I'm best known for leaving my readers a cliffhanger.
Its keeps your reader wanting more and they don't get bored.
So its okay if someone yells at you because of this. Because you know you have a fan that loves you and want more.
