2nd POV
You watch your cat's tail silently swish up and down as he sleeps. Oh, Moon, why do you get it so easy? You think. You look over at your clock and see that it is 6:30 am. I better get ready for school you realize. You go over to your dresser and grab out a pair of jeans, a tank top and a flannel to wear over your tank top. You recently moved to Japan from America and your styles came with you. I miss America you think as you look down at your black tank top under the red plaid flannel. You pull combat boots over your jeans and run downstairs.
"Kaira! Kaira! We have to leave for school! Why didn't you wake me up, ugh a**hole!" You shout as you sprint into the kitchen where your roommate Kaira is peacefully preparing pancakes "KAIRA! There is no time for f***ing pancakes!"
"Look outside. It is the middle of winter. It is snowing. There is no school today" Kaira says, pointing out the window
You look out and feel yourself blush sheepishly. "Oh" is all you can say. You run over to your phones charging dock and call your best friend, Mai. She picks up on the second ring.
"ITS SNOWING, OHMAHGOSH (yn) IT IS SNOWING!!!!" she shouts excitedly into the phone
"I KNOW RIGHT EEEE! DO YOU WANNA DO SOMETHING?" you ask
"Yeah, there's an abandoned house in the woods near me if you wanna go break some stuff" she offers and you can feel the smirk growing on her face
"How do you know me so well?" You ask, also smirking
You meet up at the house she described and you study it up and down. It is really brown and rusted and doesn't look like anyone's used it since the early 1900s. You slowly walk up to the doorway and peek inside. There is no door luckily but on the inside everything looks immaculate. You tip toe inside and dust off one of the chairs. It is a very nice chair, but it is very old also.
"Mai! Come check this out" you shout through the thick trees
Mai comes into the house and looks around. "It gives me shivers" she says, fear lacing her voice
"Mai is a scaredy cat, Mai is a scaredy cat" you sing as she shivers next to one of the chairs in the dark and dusty house
"No, I'm just not raised in as big a city as New York" she says, referring to the fact that her family has a small farm.
"Shush" you say in your accent
You start walking towards different rooms, Mai quietly running along side you like a little mouse. You have to laugh at how scared she is.
"Don't laugh! There could be people nearby!" Mai rasps
"Uh, we're in the middle of the woods dumda**" you say, flicking her in the forehead lightly
"Okay, I trust you (yn)"
You go into what must have been the kitchen forever ago and suddenly you are wrapped in cold air as the shadow of a person comes forward, hugging you. You scream out of fear and fall to the ground.
"(Yn)! Are you okay?!" Mai shouts, running up to you
"DO YOU NOT SEE IT?!" you shout back at her
"See what? We're in the middle of nowhere" she replies, laughing a little
"But- but- but- it hugged me!" You shout
"Uhh, well lets get you back home...and maybe to a hospital soon" Mai says, worry in her voice
"I SWEAR IM NOT INSANE! DO I LOOK INSANE TOU YOU YIU LITTLE B****?!" you shout back at Mai "I SWEAR I SAW SOMEONES SHADOW AND IT TOUCHED ME!" you are still shouting as Mai grabs you by the arm and helps you up.
"Just-- just walk home with me, we'll go to my place" Mai says, practically dragging you out of the house, the house with the ghost.
A/n sorry this is so short. But yeah, hope you guys like it, gotta study for tests and do a dumb project that is kinda due tomorrow and I kinda haven't started it...oopsie? Oh well...wish me luck XD
