Naru POV
We all wake up around 6:00 am to Ayako banging on our door.
"MASAKO IS MISSING!" She is shouting
(Yn) and Mai immediately run out to help look but come up with nothing.
"I hate to say it, but I think the spirit or whatever took her" (Yn) says sadly
"Yeah, I agree" Mai says
"We can work with this. Mai, (Yn) we're going back to that hallway" I say and head down towards where we found the hallway
"But-but what if something happens to one of us?!" Mai shouts
"Nothing will" I say
We get down the stairs and to the hallway where we go about opening as many doors as we can. (Yn) eventually finds a room with a pile of skulls lying around in it. She runs away from that room and grabs onto me, I wrap my arm around her and try to comfort her.
"The cold was even stronger in there" she says
"Yeah, I can still hear and see everything" Mai is saying "agh, Masako! I can-I can see her! She's lying on a gurney, but she wasn't in that room when we checked! I'm too scared lets just go back and talk about it or something! Please?" Mai begs
"Sure, even though I could stay down here all day" I say
"Cocky idiot" (Yn) says
"Says you" I say, getting a small giggle out of her
We walk back up and tell the others that we couldn't find Masako. We then decide to perform exorcisms all over the place starting tomorrow.
"Why haven't I seen anything yet?" (Yn) asks in the middle of us just talking about it
"I'm not sure, maybe it's just good at hiding and staying in secret, but we need to get out of here quickly seeing as we are already losing people" I explain
"There's so much blood" Mai says, shaking a little
"It will all be okay" I assure her
"WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO ABOUT MASAKO?!" Ayako suddenly shouts
"We will find her, don't worry" I say
"What if something happens to the rest of us?" John asks
"What if something happens to Mai or (Yn)?" Hoshou asks, joining in
"WE WILL ALL BE FINE WE WILL BE OUT WITHING THE NEXT TWO DAYS" I shout, finally losing it
"Naru, are you okay?" Mai asks
"Stressed" I say, getting up from where we'd been sitting and walking to the room where I'd been sleeping
(Yn) walks in about five minutes later and asks if I would like to go down with her to the hallway. I decline and say that I just want sleep, seeing as it is already late enough to sleep
She nods and walks out.
(Yn) POV
I walk back to the room I have been sleeping in with Mai and get on my bed and fall asleep. (So interesting I know right)
Time skippy
I wake up to an empty room, it's just me, Mai is gone, I recall hearing a scream in the middle of the night but not thinking anything of it. I get up and sprint to Naru's room even though I am in my pajamas and bang on his door.
"MAI IS GONE" I shout
He comes running out and tells me that we are going to go look for her and Masako in that hallway, but we are bringing John, Ayako and Hoshou with us
We all run down together and I swing the door to the gurney room open and I find fresh blood marks on the neck area. I then sprint down to the skull room and push the door open so hard that it makes a bang noise against the wall.
"Whoa, calm down" John says, setting a reassuring hand on my shoulder
I nod and walk into the room. I notice a bath tub in the back of the room. I approach it and suddenly I am staring at my reflection in the blood that fills the tub. Then a long white arm reaches up and tries to grab me, but I notice that Mai and Masako are behind the tub in a corner of the room, both bloodied and bruised. I grab the arm that tried to grab me and twist it as hard as I can. I white creature emerges from the water and a second arm grabs my hair and I smell the creatures foul breath as it pulls me in towards it.
"GET OFF OF ME!" I shout and land a fist on top of its head, buying me maybe half a second, which I use to get out of its grip, grab Mai and Masako and push them out of the room.
"GET OUT OF THERE (Yn)!!" Naru shouts at me
"Give me a minute!" I shout
I kick and punch at the creature until I can get on the side towards the door and I bolt out and dive at Naru.
"RUN!" I scream as loud as I can at them and we all take off down the hallway and make our way out of the building and we decide that this creature wasn't a spirit that we can deal with, that it is a monster.
"That was scary" I say to Naru
He gives me a small hug and we drive back to the office.
I'm too lazy to write much more than that and ish, sorry it's short but yeah, I've been preparing for the holidays and redying my hair (yay) and yeah so yup. HAPPY HOLIDAYS by the way! I love you all 😘😘😘
