(Yn) POV
"Can I, like, leave this room?" I ask John, propping myself up on my elbows so my face is no longer buried in the bed
"Well, I'm not supposed to let you leave because of what happened last night so no, I'm sorry" he says in his cute Australian accent
"Oh well, I love your accent" I say to him
"Really?" He asks, confused
"Yeah" I roll over on the bed so I am now on my back and put my hands behind my head so I can look up at the ceiling "believe it or not, but I kind of like just sitting around doing nothing" I say to the ceiling
"What?" John asks
"Huh? Oh, nothing" I smile
"Tell me about your past maybe? Little priest and student time?" He asks
"Uh, I'm not exactly good at talking to people" I say before adding "especially not about that"
"You can tell me anything" he says comfortingly
"Okay, well Naru and the others should be back soon" I say, nodding to the door
Naru POV
I left the group so I could listen in on (Yn) and John for a little. I decide that I have heard enough when (Yn) mentions that I will be back soon. I leave to go find the groups. I find them walking back to the room.
"Hey Naru" (Yn) says cheerily, running up to me and hugging me as I enter the room
"Uh, hey? Feeling better?" I ask
"Very" she says before whispering so I'm probably not supposed to hear "I love you"
"That's good" I say, pretending not to hear the last thing, honestly I don't like to bring attention to any feelings at all (but to be honest I do have this weird feeling for (Yn) like, she's cute and nice and I think I like her)
Time skippy
We all decided to hang out at the school library, considering the school is out and empty. I grab a book and sit at the end of the table where we are all sitting around. Everyone else is sitting around talking while I am being, well, me.
I am half way through the book I had picked up (it was a short book) when I feel a tap on my shoulder.
"Hm?" I him, looking into a pair of (ec) eyes
"Hey Naru" (Yn) says
"Yeah" I say, looking back down into my book
"Tell me about yourself" she goes on
"Meh, why don't you tell me some about yourself, you do work for me" I say
"Fine, I get it, you don't like people, well keep being that way you antisocial b**ch" (Yn) says angrily
"I know very well that you understand me more so than anyone and that you know for certain that I am not plain antisocial, my mind just works better than everyone else's" I say
"Well you're cocky" (Yn) says, turning away angrily
"You have quite the temper" I remark
"Yeah whatever" she says, storming off
Sorry it took me so long to get this up! My school had midterms late so I justify judged and then I had my school spelling bee (moving on to regionals yay) and just so much happened but thank you for 400 some views and 30 some votes! I love you all so much and I swear future chapters will be longer! Sorry again! Please don't hate me!
