Ignoring Jamie and her stupid remark, I started walking away from the graveyard. I was just glad that my cheek stopped stinging!"You know I think mom has been watching way to many of those soap opera's, that she's starting to have those dramatic moments, if you know what I mean." Jamie laughed.
I rolled my eyes laughing bitterly.
"Yet again, maybe she isn't, she would have believed you're amnesia line that was played, just a little more."
"How many times do I have to tell you that I don't remember what happen?" If I did, I would have told months ago so that my life could be less of a living hell." I yelled, making people look at me like I'm crazy. I then stomped my way to the Cafe where I was suppose to meet my friends.
Stepping into the cafe I took a seat by the door, so my friends could easily find me. Four different waiters and waitresses had offered me a drink or something to eat, but I declined. It was useless, my friends weren't coming. They all probably think I'm a crazy person, and cancelled on me last minute to go shopping.
Walking out of the cafe without any hope, I decided to sit on the curb. I could definitely cross that idea out!
"I knew they wouldn't show, they've always been bitches like that." Jamie growled.
I began, "It's not they're fault, it's just the whole situation."
"But honestly Allie and them have always fucking been like that", Jamie continued on about the cafe incident, "they think it's all about them, do they not realise that they won't be seeing you for awhile."
"Whatever". I mumbled.
"So where are we going next?" Jamie exclaimed, as I got up from the curb.
"Where are we going?" More like where am I going!" I stated mater-of-factly.
"Look we should be in this together, I'm your best friend Jamie Oliver, I've known you for 11 years. I want to help!
Jamie held her hand out waiting for me to take it. Was I ready for this? Did I want to do this? What would be the outcome of this all? Do I want to know what happened that night? So many questions so little time. Before I knew it my shaky hand was in hers. I heard a car honking and it was my mom.
"Ready to go?"
" Yeah mom." I lied, I'm not ready to go to grandma's and face her.
I'm not even ready to face my grandma, so how can I face the bars?!
