Eva's POV:

For the past couple of days I have been crashing at Veronica's place. I just didn't know what to do anymore. I didn't know where to go from here, and neither did she. Obviously, we were not meant to date one direction and travel around the world with them so we're just going to figure out if we'll go to college or do something else.
I was lying on the couch upside down with my hand on the floor while Veronica was holding signs with sentences on them and I had to guess what it read.

"Um, does it say pink polyester parrots paraded pointlessly? I guessed. I smiled and flipped over as I looked at her astonished face.
"Yep, you win." She said plopping down in the armchair. For a while we just sat in silence until the doorbell brought me out of my trance.
"I'll get it darling!" I joked in my horrible British accent. I walked to the door and opened without looking through the peephole, bad idea. Because if I had looked, I wouldn't have answered.
"What are you doing here?" I asked looking away. Louis brought his hand to my face and turned my face his way and smashed his face into mine.

"Eva! Do you hear me?" Niall said waving his hand in front of my face. I had another fantasy. I just needed to get the fact that Louis isn't going to love me ever again.

"Oh, sorry...hey Niall." I said motioning for him to come in.

"Wait, I don't need to come in. I just need to talk to you." He said briefly looking inside the door.

"Oh, so you and Veronica still aren't talking, aye?" I said slightly louder while smirking.

"Shhhh! Just come out here." He whispered cautiously. I looked behind me and quietly shut the door.

"What do you want to talk about?"

"Well, um, we're going back on tour in a couple days and we're allowed to each bring one person. So you want to be mine? I would bring Veronica but I know she hates me and Louis isn't very happy with you so I want you to come and work things out with him." he stated. I thought for a moment. If I went with them, Veronica would be here all-alone when Farah and Melanie go off to college.

"But if I leave, Veronica would be here alone... I mean she's got other friends but..." I trailed off. He looked at me and smiled.

"Well, Harry said that Louis is going to ask Veronica to kind of help us work things out too." He cheerfully replied. My eyes lit up.

"Well, in that case...of course! This is gonna be so fun!" I said giving him a quick hug and skipping off into Veronica's house.

*Night before Farah goes to college*

Farah's POV:

Zayn had picked me up for dinner and a movie and then we came back to my place. We were lying on blankets on the grass in the backyard and listing to music.
6 months. That's how long they'll be gone. And that's just at a time. I was excited for college, but I was just sad about missing everybody.
I had my eyes closed as Zayn poked my face.
"Hmm?"

"I love you." And then I felt his lips. This night was just perfect. As we were lying there, the sprinklers came on. We quickly ran in the house before we got to soak. We just ended up laughing our heads off.
After that we went to take showers (separately of course!) and then we went to my room. We were sitting on the edge of the bed watching some old 80's movie.

"Zayn?" I asked lying back on the bed.

"Yeah?" he said doing the same.

"You are such a good boyfriend, you really are. But, I don't think I can do this whole long distance thing. I'll just miss you too much. And…I just...don't..." I said as my voice quavered. I tried my hardest to stop the tears from coming, without much luck.
"You know what? I can't do this! My mom wants me to break up with you so I can focus on school. But I can't." I exclaimed squeezing my eyes shut. And there was long silence until he broke it.

"I understand." He whispered. And with that he quietly left my room. I wanted to go after him, but I knew I couldn't. I couldn't do the long distance thing. I mean he could cheat and I'll never know. So I just went to sleep dreading tomorrow.
