Laurine's P.O.V

More snow? I grab my heavy coat and a hat as I walk out the door though part of me wants to leave them behind just so Cian will give me his. But that's not wise.
I begin to walk as I hear the crunching of feet in the snow behind me
A pair of cold hands cover my eyes.
"Guess who?"
I pull Dayl's hands from my eyes and laugh.
"You're freezing." He nods, exaggerating a shudder to illustrate his issue.
"Looking forward to this?" He grins.
I smile. "Yeah actually it should be fun."
Dayl nods in agreement.

"Looking forward to another romantic kiss in the snow then?' He laughs.
I giggle. "Stop it Dayl."
He just shrugs. "It's annoying Brendan though."
Why is everyone saying that?
"Are you going to sing?" He asks changing the subject as it's obviously made me uncomfortable.
I shrug. "I dunno maybe."
He smirks then. "You're probably sick of us at this stage but hey t'is the season... We're going ice skating tomorrow." I squeal. I love ice skating!
"Yay! Ciara's gonna be so excited too! She's hopeless at it though bless her."
Dayl laughs. "Well hey Cian can help you out." He winks at me.

We arrive at the place and it's really cosy. There's a fire blazing and Christmas lights with music playing and people chatting and laughing and I feel at home.
Dayl drags me towards some seats. We're the first here.
"So will Cian be able to melt you with his voice then?"
I giggle. Dayl is one of those people who's really good at making you feel comfortable.
"I dunno Dayl but his eyes!" I sigh.
Dayl laughs. "You gots it bad babe." He ruffles my hair just as Cian walks in and I try to fix it. He looks amazing as ever, snow sprinkled on his jacket.
"Hey!" He grins, spotting us.
"Hashtag third wheeling." Dayl pretends to groan in irritation.
Cian throws an arm around Dayl.
'Yeah sorry Lau hope you're okay with being a third wheel."
I can't stop myself from laughing.

"D'you want a drink or?" Dayl asks getting up.
I nod. "Please. Something warm would be great."
He arrives back with some drinks and a very cold looking Ryan.
"I'm here." His voice is muffles as he buries his mouth in the collar of his coat.
"Swear it's getting colder. We'll be lucky not to get snowed in within a couple of hours."

A young girl, probably the same age as me gets up on stage and sings. She's adorably timid as she avoids eye contact and closes her eyes for the majority of her song. It's a song she likes at least.
A friend cheers her on in the crowd.
"Your turn." Cian whispers in my ear, taking me by surprise as he nudges me up on stage. Ciara, Dean and Brendan walk in just as the song starts to play and my mouth turns dry.
Oh no. I'll faint. I can't do this.
I start to sing and Cian's mouth falls open. Am I that bad?
I hear someone in the crowd turn to a friend and yell "she's amazing." Am I really?
