Love Goes On

Chapter 17

Ciara's P.O.V.:

A loud applause erupted from everyone after Lau was finished. She walked back to the table with her head down.

"Told you you were good," I grinned and sat back with my arms crossed over my chest. She glared at me playfully and I blew her a kiss.

"Okay my turn!" Ryan said and got up. My heart started to beat faster as he went up on the podium. The music started and he sang Wherever You Will Go from The Calling.

He sang while looking at me. I felt myself blush. He's such a good singer oh my. His voice is amazing. I watched him sing with my mouth agap. He actually sounds really good.
After he finished everyone started to cheer.

After Ryan, Dean went up. He sang Livin' la vida loca by Ricky Martin and he moved his hips along to the music and the lyrics. I couldn't help but giggle.

She never tastes the water, makes you order French champagne.
Once you've had a taste of her, you'll never be the same

Dean looked at me and winked. Well shit, I'm in a love triangle. What am I going to do? Date both of them? That's crazy. Or is it?
Dean walked back to the table and sat down next to me.

Josh went up on stage and sang Hero from Enrique Iglesias.

"How come all of you are so amazing? I honestly can't carry a tune," I said and sighed in defeat.

"Ah, but you think you can't sing, while you actually can," Laurine said and grinned at me.

"After Josh it's your turn," Dayl said and wiggled his eyebrows. My eyes widened with fear.

"B-but I--" I stammered, but was interupted by Cian.

"No no, we are all going to sing. No excuses this time," he said.

Oh goody. After 2 minutes Josh returned to the table.

"What song should I sing though?" I asked.

"Do a Taylor Swift song, you love her," Lau said. Well, I do. Okay. White Horse maybe. Okay. I somehow wished there was someone coming in the store so I didn't have to sing anymore. I got up and walked to the podium. I grabbed my microphone, closed my eyes, too scared to look at anyone  and started to sing.

After I finished everyone started to cheer and applaud, giving me a standing ovation. Wait what? Is this real? I walked back to the table with my head down.

"You are so amazing!" Dean exclaimed and hugged me.

"I'm not that good," I said a bit shy.

"Are you crazy! This whole place is in love with you! I told you, you could sing!" Lau grinned and hugged me. I giggled.

"But you guys are so amazing as well. You should be in a band or something," I said.

The lads looked at each other and grinned.

"That's not a bad idea," Ryan said, leaned back in his chair and smirked.
