Ciara's P.O.V.:

Ryan and I haven't talked to each other since the sleepover. It's Monday and Lau and I are walking to school right now.

"You know, it's maybe for the best," Laurine said out of the blue

"What is?" I asked in confusion.

"That Ryan kind of ended it. I mean, it's not very healthy to be in relationship with two people," she said and kicked a pebble.

"You have no idea how much this hurt me. You should've seen Ryan's face when he said he couldn't be in a relationship with me anymore. Okay, I may sound like a weird person right now, but I can't choose between the two of them. Yeah I'm with Dean, yeah I'm happy, but I still feel sorry for Ryan. You don't know what it's like to be in love with two guys at the same time and one of them already crashing your heart. You don't care about all this. You just care about yourself," I said and walked ahead of her. She shouted my name but I ignored her. I went inside the school and went to my first class without looking at anyone or chitchatting. I was in no mood. Apparently I had History. The teacher put on The Pianist. I looked out of the window the entire time since I've seen it already. The bell rang after 50 minutes. I got up and put my stuff in my bag. I left the classroom and bumped into Dean. I instantly hugged him as he ran his fingers through his hair.

"Everything okay, princess?" he asked and kissed the top of my head. I shook my head.

"Can I spend the day with you? And sleep over at your place? Lau and I got into a fight. I don't want to deal with her," I said and snuggled further into his chest, not wanting to let go just yet.

"Yeah of course, babe. We have the next class together and after that free period. How about we go home then? Ditch the last classes?" He suggested. I nodded.

"Good idea," I said and wrapped my arm around his waist.

"Ugh, Cian is so perfect. I wish he didn't date that slut then he and I could be together," a girl said behind me.

"You can always spread a rumour about her and make sure he believes it. Then he'll break up with her and you can make your move," her friend laughed. That's not a bad idea. I can even chip in. Dean and I walked into the classroom and he said he'd be right back. I walked over to the girls who were talking behind me earlier.

"Hey, I couldn't help but overhear that you wanted to spread a rumour about Laurine? I heard that she's falling for Brendan anyway, so either she breaks Cian's heart or Cian breaks hers," I said. Their eyes instantly lit up.

"That's brilliant! But aren't you, like, her best friend?" the blonde girl asked. I nodded.

"We had a fight. She didn't understand how I felt, so I want her to know what it feels like," I said.

"Well thank you for your help. Cian can finally be mine!" the brunette said.

I went to my seat and sat down. Should I feel guilty? Maybe I should. But I don't. Is that bad?
