I Need You

*A Few Days Later*

I sit on the toilet seat tapping my leg against the floor with my elbow propped on my knee and my hand resting on my hand.
My timer dings. I stand up and walk across the pick up the test from the countertop where I left it. I pick it up slowly and look as I see two bright blue line. My knees hit the floor as I cry. I am overcome with joy. I drive to the station where I find Elliot takking to Fin. He doesn't even know I bought the test I say his name. He turns towards me and smiles he excuses himself from the conversation and we go into Cragens empty office. "Elliot I'm pregnant." My voice cracks. I hold out the test to him. "Are you serious!?"he asks. He picks me up and spins me around and kisses me. He is crying. He is saying something that sounds like Thank God. We are both smiling and crying when we leave the room, "I'm going to be a dad!"Elliot nearly screams with excitement. Congratulations all around. I am beyond excited and start planning everything immediately. After a few weeks we have names picked out.
For a girl the name will be either Delilah Summer, or Luna Storm and for a boy the name will be Breighton Elliot. We fall in love with our baby before we even know what it is. Elliot tells everyone he meets about it. He is so excited to be a father again. We pick out a plain bassinet and plan to decorate it whenever we find out what he or she is. We also shop for some gender-neutral outfits. I have my first ultrasound in a week, I have listened to the heartbeat before but it will be the firsr time that me and Elliot see our little baby. The doctor said something about an irregular heartbeat last time but he said it shouldn't worry me.
