Chapter 52 |Thanksgiving Special|

Hello my readers. Today is Thanksgiving, so another special. Please remember this is a special and not a part of the story. I hope you all have had a good Thanksgiving and a good Black Friday. I hope you like this special. Please enjoy. Also Happy Thanksgiving!

Mystogan's Pov:

Today is Thanksgiving. A day where I think what I'm thankful for. There are a millions things I thankful for. I'm thankful for: Edolas, everyone is happy, I'm alive, the food, eveything, but most of all I'm thankful for having my little red head captain.

I was in my office looking out the window, looking at my red headed captain, Erza Knightwalker. I'm so thankful to have her. She keeps me going with all the energy she has. With all the blood and gore on her you can't miss the beauty she has.

Today I want to thank Erza, for everything she has done for Edolas. She has done so much to protect Edolas and it's people. She has done so much for me. Since it's Thanksgiving, I want to say thanks for everything she has done.

I looked back at the window and saw that Erza left. She wasn't there anymore. There is no reason to watch anything unless Erza is there. I turned my chair over and began working again.

After 10 minutes of working I heard a knock on the door.

"Come in," I called out. The person who was knocking entered the room, it was Erza. "Well, hello there, Captain Knightwalker." I greeted her.

"Hello Your Majesty," Erza greeted back as she bowed down to me.

I smiled evilly.

"What brings you to my office, Captain? I don't see you in here alot."

"I have come to talk to you, your grace. I want to see if you were ready for dinner?"

"I will be don't worry. Dinner isn't until 6:30 p.m it's only two o'clock. What brings you here so early?" I asked with a smirk on my face.

"Well....I was." She tried to find some words to say.

"You were what?" I questioned.

"I wanted to see how you were doing." She finally came out and said.

"I'm doing fine thank you for asking. Is there anything else?" She shock her head.

She was still bowing down she hasn't moved at all.

"Captain you can stand now." I command.

She got up and shut the door and walked over to me. I was still siting on my chair and she was coming towards me. I think things are looking up.

"So, Captain what are you thankful for?" I asked getting straight to the point.

"What do you mean by that?" She questioned.

"Today is Thanksgiving, the day where we are thankful for everything. What are you thankful for?" I asked once again.

"I'm thankful that Edolas is standing and doing well. That is all." She finished talking.

Well she said that was all my heart sank to the bottom of the ocean. I was hoping that she would say that she is thankful for having a good king or something like 'I'm happy that your here so much for wanting to hear that.

"Really? Are you sure that's everything your thankful for?" I asked. "Aren't you thankful for being alive or something you like is here or alive or something?" I asked hoping that she would say she is happy that I'm here.

"No, I only am thankful for Edolas, I don't care about myself. I don't care for my live. I only live for one reason to serve and protect Edolas, there is no other reason. I don't care for my live or anything in it. As long as Edolas is fine, I'm fine. Nothing else matters."

I eyes are with shock for what she said.

"What?" I questioned.

"I said..." I placed my hand on her lip and quiet her.

"You don't care about yourself? How can you say that?"

"I don't. I'm only an army captain, nothing else."

"No, you are more than an army captain. Erza Knightwalker is also a human being. A human being who I care about dearly. I never want to hear that you don't care for yourself ever again. Do you hear me?" I asked as my face has rage on it.

"I understand, I'm sorry. But it's true. Nobody cares for me or anything. That's why I say that."

Erza's face sadness and small tears fall for her face. My heart stop.

"Erza," I began.

Erza turned around and runs out of the room.

"ERZA!!!" I jumped out of my chair and ran after her.

She was running so fast that I last track of her. I know where she was going though. She was heading to her room. She is always in there. I hurt her feelings didn't I?

I finally reached her door and walked in. I closed the door gently. I looked in the room and saw Erza laying peaceful on her bed. She had her face in her pillow. She was crying softly. Hearing her soft cries is breaking my heart. I feel like I'm about to cry, just because she is crying.

I walked over to her bed and sat down. I gently pat her back and her hair.

"Please don't cry, Erza. I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to hurt your feeling I simply wanted to say thank you, I didn't want you to cry."

"But it's true! It's all true! Nobody wants me or likes me. Nobody cares about me, I'm all alone! I was born alone and I will die alone there is nothing in this world I would do, so that I could have people liking me. Everyone hates me! Everyone!" She cried harder.

"That's not true." I said.

"Yes it is!" She cried harder.

"I care about you."

She stopped crying and look me in the face.

"You care about me?" She questioned as more tears went down her face.

"Yes, more than everything. You are my angel."

"I'm no angel, I'm a cold heart killer." She cried more.

"Even if that was true, I still love you ether way."

"Love me?" She questioned.

"Yes, I love you, Erza. I love you more then anything and anyone." I said as I crash my lips with hers.

She was blushing and crying as I kissed her. Her eyes were wide. She slowly close them and she wrapped her arms around me, bring me closer to her. I rubbed my tongue on hers slowly gently. Her kisses are so soft and gently. We soon parted.

"Well, those are my feeling. How about I hear some of ours?"

"I....I...I." She tried to find some words to say.

"I love you to." She jumped on my lap and kiss my warm lips. She melted into the kiss. "I'm so sorry for what I said can you ever forgive me?" She asked as she hugged my chest.

"Of course I forgive you." I hugged her back.

She slowly fell back onto the bed and I fell along with her. I laid onto of her and gently played with her hair.

Sleepiness was getting to me as I was falling asleep. I look at Erza and saw that she was doing the same thing.

"I'm thankful to have you." Erza kissed me as she finished her sentence.

"I'm thankful to have you in my life, Erza. I promise you I will protect you forever." I finish as well.

Erza has fallen sleep and I got off of her and cuddled her warm body. I gently laid a kiss on her forehead and slowly joined her in her peaceful sleep.

I care for everyone's happiness and Erza's is the one I care about the most. Never again will I see her lonely or sad ever again.
