How To Kidnap Patrick Stump (and Dan Howell)

Chapter 6

The fangirls looked at each other, stricken.

"You didn't shut the door?!" said fangirl 1 to fangirl 2.

"I thought you were going to!" she replied.

"You came in last, you were supposed to!"

As the fangirls' attentions were taken by their argument, Brendon silently began to untie Patrick. Patrick internally thanked god that somehow Brendon had found him.

Patrick was now untied, and Brendon moved over to Dan. But what he didn't realise was that the fangirls had gone quiet.

"Brendon!" Patrick yelled, but it was too late.

One of the fangirls had got out another chair, which they tied Brendon to. Patrick heard him swearing under his breath.

Fangirl 1 came and re-tied Patrick before he could get away, much to his dismay.

"You're not getting away that easily," said Fangirl 1 to Patrick.

Dan looked up at the ceiling and groaned.

"Stupid fangirls," said Brendon bitterly.

Patrick pursed his lips and Dan sighed.

"The best of us can find happiness in misery," said Patrick.

Just then, there was the sound of a phone ringing. Patrick looked up in surprise.

"Oh my god... that's mine," said Dan.

"You had a phone?" said Patrick, "and you never thought of using it?"

"I'm sorry! I forgot!" he said. Patrick rolled his eyes.

Dan twisted his arm round so that he somehow managed to get his phone out of his pocket and answered the call, holding the phone in his hands which were tied behind his back. He then put it on loudspeaker.

"Dan? Are you there?" came a voice through the phone. It was Phil.

"Yeah, it's me," said Dan.

"Where are you?" Phil asked frantically.

"Um...well, you're probably not going to believe this, but I've been kidnapped. By fangirls."

There was silence on the other end of the line.

"I'm here with Patrick Stump and Brendon Urie."

"Um... where abouts are you?"

"I'm not exactly sure...we were blindfolded on the way here."

Brendon chimed in then with the address.

"Um, okay..." Phil sounded panicky.

"Don't worry about us," said Dan, "we're fine."

Suddenly the line went dead.

"Phil?" said Dan, frowning. "What's happened?"

Dan looked up at the others, a worried look on his face.

Patrick and Brendon stared back.
