Patrick and the others silently made their way down the stairs. As they were going out the front door, he saw the fangirls sat on a couch as if they were asleep, their hands limply holding slices of pizza.
"Well done, Pete," Patrick said. "I just gotta do one more thing."
He had spotted the coil of rope next to the fangirls and he just couldn't resist.

Once he had successfully tied the fangirls' hands behind their backs, he snuck back out of the room to join the others.
"Nice one," said Brendon with a grin.
"Three cheers for sweet revenge," said Patrick.
Outside, Pete had unlocked the car. Wether it was his or not, Patrick couldn't be sure.
"Um, it's gonna be a bit of a squeeze," said Pete. "I didn't realise there were so many of you."
***
In the end, the only way for all of them to fit in the car was for Brendon to sit in the boot and have Phil sitting in Dan's lap, which looked a bit uncomfortable for Dan but they both seemed relatively happy to do.
Patrick sat next to them, and couldn't help but notice that they were both wearing a ring. One that looked suspiciously like a wedding ring.
Could they be...? No, of course not.
"So, Dan, Phil and Brendon, where do you guys want to be dropped off?" asked Pete.
Brendon told Pete his preferred location, while Dan and Phil whispered something to each other. Phil nodded.
"Can you take us to the Grand Hotel, please?" said Dan.
"Sure," replied Pete, looking it up on his GPS.
"I thoroughly recommend their honeymoon suite," he added.
***
Back at the hotel, Patrick, Pete, Joe and Andy found their way back to their room.
"So since when did Dan and Phil get married?" said Pete. "I must have missed something," he said, laughing.
"Yeah," said Patrick. Thinking about it now, it was pretty obvious. They'd always been head over heels for each other.
Shaken out of his thoughts, Patrick realised that it was now 5:30 pm. "Guys, do you think there's time to get to London by 7 for the concert?" asked Patrick.
"I dunno," said Andy.
"I don't think so," said Pete.
Joe was looking pensive. "Wait - there might be a way." He frowned.
"What is it?" asked Patrick excitedly.
"Does Gerard still have that private jet?"
"Yes! He does!" Patrick said.
"Not bad, Joe," said Pete, patting him on the shoulder.
Patrick already had Gerard on the phone.
"Oh, thanks mate, you're a life saver," he said, thinking of the British fans whose lives were literally being saved.
***
An hour later, Patrick was sitting comfortably in a private jet next to Pete, Andy and Joe with Gerard Way as pilot. And they were going to make the concert.
"Thanks so much, Gee," said Pete. "We honestly can't thank you enough."
"Really, it's no problem," said Gerard.
***
Gerard landed them just behind the arena where they were performing. With three minutes to spare, the band rushed into the building. Patrick could hear the excited noises of the fans.
They had got here on time. He could barely believe it.
They were hurried around backstage with last minute preparations and collected their instruments, ready to go on stage.
And as Patrick stepped out to take his position, the screaming of fans roaring in his ears, he could have sworn that he saw the face of one of the fangirls among the crowd...
The end!
