Chapter Twenty-One: Lies
Today was the day I was supposed to meet whoever this "fan" was at the unkown address. I had spent every moment of this last week with Toby, burning the memory of his beautiful eyes, his bouncy curls, and his crooked grin into my memory. We were going to bed, but I just waited until he fell asleep before slipping out of the bed. It was 12:00 AM, so I should go soon. I pecked Toby's cheek as lightly as I could and whispered, "I love you, Buscus," before walking out of my home for what might have been the last time. Ever.
It took me a while, but I eventually found the address.. it was some old, spooky warehouse. I knew it, I sighed. I'm going to die here, aren't I? I had to, I told myself... For Felix and Marzia. I marched into the building, determined to show no fear. I found myself in a small entry room. "Hello?" I called out. "It's Violet. I'm alone. Let Felix and Marzia go! Now!"
"You're in no place to be telling anybody what to do, Miss Gray," a woman's voice called from a different room, and I spun around, trying to locate the sound.
"Who are you?" I shouted. "What do you want with me?!" A blunt blow knocked me to the ground, and my vision began to fade.
"All in due time, Miss Gray," the woman chuckled. "All in due time."
I woke up tied to a chair in the middle of a tiny space, and I immediately had trouble breathing. I'd had severe claustrophobia since I was a child, and I was practically locked inside of a closet. The walls seemed to be closing in, and I hyperventilated. I have to get out, NOW. "Ah, you're awake," the mystery woman spoke, and my eyes locked on a tall, brunette woman dressed in all black, smirking down at me. "You may call me Annie, if you must have a name. In case you're too stupid to notice, that's not my real name, but it'll do. Now, any questions?" I opened my mouth to ask the most obvious question in the world, but she answered before I could make a sound. "Oh, and further proof that you're an absolute idiot. I don't actually have your friends," she leaned down right into my face, scowling. "Did you seriously believe I would put precious Pewdie and Cutie into a situation like this? No. They're too good for this. They all are; Toby, Ian, Anthony, Felix, Marzia.. But you? You're scum. You're an idiotic, slutty little-" I spit in her face, and she pulled back, sneering. "You'll pay for that," she threatened, grabbing my hair in a fist and dragging me out of the room. I was still tied to the chair, so it dragged behind me and she threw me into a larger room. At least I could breathe here... "First rule," she paced around me, "you will only speak when asked a direct question, or I'll kill you. Second, you are not to ever reveal your whereabouts or I'll kill you. Third-"
"If I do anything you don't like, you'll kill me right? I get it." She glared at me before kicking the legs of the chair, making me crash into my side.
"You just broke rule number one," she scolded. "I could kill you for that, you know. It's in the rules. But, I'll just cut to the point of this little get together. Toby is too good for you. So, you can't have him. You've been sleeping with Ian and Anthony haven't you? Felix, too. Of course, I don't blame them. No matter how much I despise you, I have to admit that you used to be quite beautiful. It was all your fault. So I'm saving them all," she began to leave me in a heap on the floor, but turned around to add a final thought. "Don't even think about escaping, Miss Gray, because the second those binds are even slightly loosened, I will slit your throat."
