"Now we got problems,

And I don't think we can solve them,

You made a really deep cut,

And baby, now we got bad blood"

~Bad Blood, Taylor Swift.

I HAVE, SO far, only once thought that I was in love.

You know when you watch a Disney movie and the Prince falls madly in love with the Princess and the audience applauds, at which point the villain is permanently defeated and there's a happily ever after so you just dream to fall in love just like that, and maybe also find your Prince Charming?

Reality is nothing like that.

Love is a cliché.

That was exactly what I thought until I met Edward.

He somehow changed me, modified my thoughts, completed me.

And maybe, just maybe also made me believe that love does exist after all.

Was I falling for him? Or am I only thinking that I'm falling again?

Because once I fall, I know that there's nothing to fix me back.

"BUT BUTTONS, HOW on earth could you just leave her alone?" asks Abin for what feels like the millionth time.

"Sixty five", says Edward.

"What?" Abin asks warily, turning to look at Edward.

"You said it sixty five times so far, I'm just counting."

"So says the jobless guy", Abin replies.

"Not really, I'm breathing, see?" Edward takes a deep breath dramatically, in an attempt to prove Abin that he's not really jobless.

Abin snorts. "Are you with me or or not?"

"Jesus. Okay." Edward says, finally giving in.

"Look, I know she's your cousin and all, and it's totally okay if you don't want to do this, but I really think she has to pay for what she's done, you know? Plus, did you see how content she was about the whole thing?"

"Dude, chill", says Edward, with a shrug, "It doesn't matter that Marcie is my cousin. Like at all. All that matters is how badly she's hurt America, how absolutely inhumane her actions were. So I'm with you in this. We have to teach her a lesson."

The both of them turn to look at me, as though probing on what I think, curious enough to lean toward me with their eyebrows raised.

Edward, Abin and I have apparently decided to meet up, which is why we happened to sit next to each other at my place, in my room and while I'm just fiddling with my phone, my so called best friends are discussing about the tactics and making a plan to teach Marcie a lesson, about which you might have already guessed.
