I unfortunately do not own any of the "Seven Deadly Sins" characters, just the plot line and any original OC's that may appear.

Over the next half hour the band had a million questions for Elizabeth. She answered each as best she could and blushed at some of the compliments she was given. These compliments were mostly given by Meliodas and were not about her singing but about her body.

"Captain! You can't just say those things!" King exclaimed blushing a bit. Diane seemed to agree with him but for a different reason entirely. Meliodas seemed to wave these away and continued.

By the end of the half hour they all knew about Elizabeth. What she liked about singing. What she hated about it. Even the name of her first dog. They all decided she was perfect for their band and discussed meeting here the next day for a 2-3 hour practice.

"Well it was amazing meeting all of you but I have to go so I can get my homework done," she said standing up and heading towards the door. She left after a chorus of goodbyes, and promises to meet the next day. Along with a specific promise to Diane to text her that she got home safe.

Once she left everyone turned to Meliodas. He was still staring at the door that only seconds ago held their singer. Once he looked back around him he found six eyes where trained intensely on him.

"Didn't she look like-" King started but Diane cut him off by elbowing his stomach. This didn't stop ban however from asking the exact same question, but this time finishing it.

"That girl, didn't she look a lot like Liz? She even had the same name." Diane looked worriedly from Ban to Meliodas then back. King seemed to hold his breath. Meliodas had the body of a 12 year old but the strength and temper of a 46 year old hulk.

"She did." He admitted with a sad smile. Everyone was quiet for a moment, you could hear the sound of the air conditioner running even though it was almost October. "Her voice even sounds so much like hers,"

"But that can't be her, can it?" Diane asked looking at him sadly. Even though Liz was most important to Meliodas, Diane couldn't stand it when she left them all and then the accident that happened next would tear her soul in two.

"No, not after what happened. It's impossible," King pointed out. He quieted down after Diane glared at him and mouthed the words "shut up!". Adding emphasis to this by pushing him off of his beanbag chair.

"It's alright Diane," Meliodas smiled as if to show her he was alright. Even though it was mostly obvious that he wasn't. "I have a feeling Liz wanted us to meet her. That way we can all make peace with it," his voice was a little scratchy as he said this. They all ignored this because they did not want to start a fight after the perfect afternoon they all had.

"Okay, captain I must go!" Ban announced getting up and grabbing his guitar to put it away. Diane rolled her eyes at him but agreed that she had to work on some homework her Earth Science's teacher Ms. Matrona had assigned them the day before.

"Damn, I just remembered I have to go pick up Elaine from her skating class!" King complained getting up from his beanbag and heading towards the door not helping anyone to put anything up. Once Ban had gone and Diane had put up her drum set she turned to him, back facing the door.

"Do you really think that Liz wanted us to meet her?" She asked watching Meliodas closely for any reactions. He had none, but looking up he smiled sadly and shook his head. Diane looked at her shoes then pushed the door open and started out the door. "You should go and see her tonight, then go to sleep." Diane added with tears in her eyes but she refused to let them fall as she left.

Meliodas smiled at her words. He knew how she felt but could never make himself feel the same way. He appreciated her advice and it took all his strength to get up from the cold dusty floor. It took him even more strength to put away the guitar, because all he wanted to do was smash it.

"Did you want me to meet her Liz?" He asked no one really. Afterwards he noticed a patch of light that came from one of the windows had particles of dust swirling around. He took that as a yes.

Next he locked the gym, visited Liz's grave, and went home to sleep.
