Sally Jackson's Life (Percy Jackson and the Avengers) (Sally/Steve Ending)

Chapter 4- Stark Mansion

So, technically Maria and Howard die when Tony's 17 but I'm going to shift that a bit. He's going to be 14 or 15 meaning Sally would be around 16 to 17 years old.

They were close friends and they watched over it each. They also didn't like Thanksgiving.

"I don't want to go home and do the annual party that the Stark's host." Tony said as he shoved some clothes in a bag to take back.

"My family's out for the time." Uncle Rich was staying in the hospital for a few days for some testing and Sally can't see them so she's going to have to house all to herself which she doesn't like.

"Maybe you could come with me." Tony said excitedly as he looked to his friend.

"I'm sure my parents wouldn't mind and Jarvis has wanted to meet you." Tony said

"Why don't you call them first." Sally said wisely.

Tony huffed and muttered a fine grabbing his cell phone and dialing the numbers.

"Jarvis, quick question. Can Sally come with me back to Stark Mansion. Her families away so can she?" Tony asked excitedly into the phone.

Sally  could somewhat hear an amused voice though the phone and by the way Tony brightened she has the go ahead.

Sally smiled at Tony as he gave her a thumbs up and she gave him a 'give me a second' and stole the school phone in order to call the hospital to let her uncle know where she was going to be.

After everyone's go ahead when Jarvis picked up Tony from the school he drived them to Sally's home where she quickly packed and met Tony back in the car where they started to talk about coding.

In the corner of her eye she say Jarvis smile and then she forgot to introduce herself, "Sorry, I'm Sally Jackson." Sally said blushing a little at having to forget.

"Oh! This is Edwin Jarvis the best butler there is." Tony said answering for Jarvis.

"I'm sure he could've told me that himself Tony." Sally chided lightly with a smile.

"It's alright Ms.Jackson. I do not mind Tony answering for me." Jarvis said smiling and Sally was intrigued by the British accent.

"Did you come from England or have you just grown around British people?" Sally asked trying to make it sound nice.

By the way Jarvis smiled she relaxed and he answered. "I grew up in an orphanage in England where Master Stark did a presentation when I was old enough to have my own home. I called him out on something and he was impressed and took my 'under his wing' in a way. I became the Stark's butler and bodyguard then on.

Sally smiled, "Were you ever in the military?" she asked kindly

Tony just let out a groan of being ignored. He was still ignored.

"I was when I got old enough to leave the orphanage, I enrolled and from there when Master Stark did a presentation I finished my duties and then went to help Master Stark." Jarvis said

"My mother was in the army, as a nurse but she knew how to fight and stand up for herself."  Sally said with a sad glint in her eye and as she was speaking caught Tony's attention.

"You don't really talk about your family." He said with a frown.

"My mother and Step-father died in a plane crash when it was hit by lightning. My father was never really in the picture and still isn't that much. I live with my uncle." Sally said

"Any other family?" Jarvis asked concerned for the young girl.

Sally shook her head, "My family is small." Not considering her half-blood family.

Tony frowned and stared at his seat. He didn't know her parents died, he just thought that they were away a lot.

"You have my regards Ms.Jackson." Jarvis said

Sally smiled and pushed the thoughts aside, "It's Sally please. I insist."

Jarvis smiled, "Very well Sally. Anthony I hope you tell me everything that has been interesting from when you left." Jarvis said with a smile.

"It's Tony apparently!" Tony piped and at Jarvis curious smile he explained how Sally refused to call him anything else and that got a chuckle from Jarvis and a smile from Sally.

They both went to talk about what they did over the school period, leaving out certain details like the coding and jumping off the cliff.

Jarvis just smiled and laughed at their adventures and frowned at the mentions of the bullies but overall the car ride was filled with peace and it was like a small family.

As they drove Sally took in the scenery and was enchanted, "This place is lovely." she said as she finally saw the house in the distance.

"We have a horse farm nearby." Tony said a bit awkward not use to taking home some friends. He also said that because he knew that Sally loved horses.

He was correct because she lit up on the fact and smiled a him and he relaxed. She was his friend and he was less worried.

Jarvis hid a smile at the pair, they were quite the pair. As they arrived Sally helped Jarvis bring in some of the bags as Tony raced up the steps.

Sally waved off Jarvis who looked like he was about to reprime Tony for leaving a friend but she understood.

He was excited to see his mom and she understood that. Tony ran into the house and Jarvis apologize for Tony's behavior but Sally just waved it off saying she understood.

Jarvis just smiled already liking Sally.  They walked into the house and Sally was amazed but got over it quickly as she saw a older looking man that had a mustache talking a Tony who was looking downcast.

The man sighed and greeted Jarvis and gave me a smile before disappearing in the back. Guess that was the famous Howard Stark.

Tony looked up, "Moms resting. I can't see her right now." Tony said his face downcast.

Sally thought about it, "Guess that gives us time to bake her a 'we're home cake'." Sally said looking at Jarvis who gave a hint of approval as Tony looked at his friend.

"You think she would like that?" Tony asked

Sally smirked, "Of course. Cake is the answer to everything."

Tony laughed and said, "Race you to the kitchen." and took off

"Not fair." Sally shouted also sprinting, "I don't know this house."

Tony's laughter was heard ahead of her and she waved at a chuckling Jarvis and sprinted off to catch up with Tony.
