Minigeisha's POV

After passing Taka the potion, Cleo pointed towards the room she said the human stuff is in and said, "So that's the room and I suggest you put these on over your clothes," she passed me two cloaks, one green and one pink, "And you should probably drink the potion whilst you're in the room."

Cleo pushed us in the room and walked out of her apartment. Wow, she really does trust us.

The room was pretty much bare besides a cupboard and a chest of draws. I placed the two cloaks and my drink bottle on the chest of draws and checked to see what is inside the cupboard, taka followed closely behind.

I opened it up and found it was empty, strange, where's the clothes? I then opened one of the draws in the chest of draws, it was empty too. What the hell?

"Where is everything, this is the room right?" I asked Taka, she just stared into outer space, unmoving. "Hello? Anyone home?" I knocked on her head, which woke her up.

She shook her head, "Sorry, I was just thinking, once we drink the potion and you know, leave. Where will we live? Will we return home or something or is there enough money to get some sort of unit or apartment because if we go home we will probably need to go back to school. In other words, we will be stuck in our parent's house when the potion wears off. How long did she say it lasts?"

"She said it lasts for 1 and a half months and anyway, we can still live here, we just won't be able to see anyone and they won't be able to see us," I replied, I really don't want to go back to school. "Anyway, what will we do about my potion? I will probably need to bring it right?"

"Oh yeh!" Taka exclaimed. "It never occurred to me that we could stay here! Oh and about your potion, if we're living here you won't need to worry about bringing it."

"True, oh my god I feel dumb," It's true, I feel so dumb right now, I practically said the answer in the same sentence I asked the question.

I picked up the green cloak and chucked it on over my clothes, It goes up to about my knees, I wonder why we have to where these, does it affect the potion or something? I watched as Taka looked at me, obviously annoyed that she's stuck with the pink one, before also putting on her cloak.

"Ok, you first," She passed me the green bottle and I unscrewed it, gave Taka an unsure look, then had my two drops of green sparkly potion.

Nothing happened.

"Should I have more?" I asked Taka. She shook her head.

"No, it probably just takes some time, look at your legs, they're disappearing!" I passed Taka the bottle and she had her dose of potion whilst I checked my legs.

They aren't disappearing, they're becoming human and my other clothes underneath the cloak are disappearing.

Taka's legs also began turning human. She gently placed the bottle on the chest of draws after popping back on the lid and we both just stood there staring into space as we became humans.

*1 hour later*

Taka and I are now both humans but still, we just stood there staring at nothing in particular. I snapped out of it and clicked my now human fingers in front of Taka's face, she snapped out of it two.

"Fail Taka," I laughed, lifting up a lock of her hair and showing it to her.

Taka normally bleaches her hair blonde and it takes her hours before it finally goes blonde but right now it's back to her natural colour, black, and it goes down to halfway down her thighs instead of just above her shoulders.

My hair is also that long and is no longer blue but I was trying to grow it out anyway. My natural hair colour is a medium brown colour and it looks way healthier so I'm happy.

"No," she groaned. "Not my beautiful hair."

"Don't bother re bleaching it, we're only going to be humans for 1 and a half months, now let's go get some normal clothes on, people would look at us funny if they saw us wearing these cloaks in public."

"But where are the clothes, aren't the draws and cupboard empty?"

"Yeh..."

We looked at the cupboard, I had left one of the doors empty and there were clothes falling out all over the floor. I have no idea how I hadn't felt any of the clothes land on my feet or something.

Taka and I walked over to where the draws and cupboard were. I picked up some of the clothing and looked over at Taka who had picked up a handful of money. We exchanged looks.

The clothes were the types of clothes that women would wear in in 17th century in London; corsets, ankle length dresses, long sleeves. Are these Cleo's old clothes or something?

The money in Taka's hands was also really old and at a point where if you were to fold it in half there's a good chance that the money literally snap.

The money were also not Australian dollars, they were English pounds. Maybe we could trade it but if not we're stuffed. No new clothes or anything, no money. Nothing.

***

A/N a short excuse for a chapter, it's more a filler but it's still kinda important in the next chapter, don't ask me why I didn't just add this to the start of the next chapter.

I've got some questions for you:

Why is it that Cleo seems to always be rushing to unknown places?

What would you do in Taka and Minigeisha shoes if there was only old fashioned money and clothes?

Did Taka leave the potion in a safe spot?

Leave your answer/s in the comments, i'd like to see what you guys think.
