Ellie's POV
I was woken from my blissful dream by the blinding sun burning my eye lids and forcing its way to my actual eye balls. When I eventually got the energy to sit up I realised that I was no longer in the living room where I had fallen asleep, but in a strange room that felt odd yet comforting.
As I glanced around the room to give my brain the chance to take in all of its surroundings, my mouth dropped in a matter of seconds. The room I was in was absolutely beautiful, I bet my room looks the opposite of this.
I was too busy looking around the room to even acknowledge Demi's presence in the doorway.
"So how do you like your room?" She inquired, this must be some kind of joke, there is no way this room is mine.
"This can't be my room." I said still amazed by the colours and how it had been decorated.
"It is. Remember when I told you Wilmer fixed your room up for you, we were going to show it to you after the film but you already fell asleep. This room that you are standing in right now is now officially for you to call yours." I couldn't help myself but pounce into Demi's arms where I was able to embrace her body warmth.
I didn't even realise it but I started to cry, this has got to be one of the nicest things that somebody has done for me, even when I refused to talk to him. Demi pulled her body away from me and used her thumbs to wipe my flowing tears that had been falling down my cheeks.
I walked out my new room and walked into Demi and Wilmer's room to which I saw him sitting up against the head board on his phone. I slowly made my way to his bedside and tapped him on the shoulder.
"Yeah?" Wilmer questioned pulling his eyes away from his phone's screen.
"Thank you." this was all I said before I jumped onto him and gave him the tightest hug I think I have ever given anyone.
"For what?"
"The fact that you done my room up for me even though I wouldn't speak to you when you came over to meet us and visit Demi."
"You don't have to thank me for this. I wanted to do this and I am glad you like the room." He had a huge smile on his face.
All of a sudden he picked me up and carried me into the kitchen so we could meet Demi.
When we reached the kitchen we saw Demi standing over the cooker trying to make pancakes, it didn't look like she was doing a good job at it either, but who knows it might taste better than it looks.
"Hola Hermosa. What are you doing?" Wilmer questioned placing me on the chair closet to us.
"I'm trying to be nice and make all of us pancakes, but it doesn't seem to be working out so well. This pancake is the fifth one that I have burnt." She said with disappointment clear in her voice.
"Do you want me to make some pancakes for all of us so you can sit down and relax next to Ellie." he suggested walking towards Demi, wrapping his arms around her waist.
"I've got a better idea. We could all go out for a meal together and just get to know each other properly." Demi suggested turning away from the cooker.
I nodded my head in agreement to the idea and Wilmer said yes and suggested we go to Burger King. I ran upstairs to leave them to it and to also pick an outfit to wear today.
I decided on wearing my grey jeans, a plain black t-shirt and a black hoddie with my red converse shoes on. I walked downstairs and saw Demi and Wilmer eating each others faces off, I don't think I am ever going to be able to forget what I am witnessing right now.
I let out a slight cough and they both pulled apart so quickly with bright red faces that I couldn't help myself but laugh at them.
"Are we going now or are you going to continue eating each others faces?" I asked which made Demi hide her face into Wilmer's chest, this led me to laugh even more.
"Come on then was it Burger King that we agreed on?" Demi asked.
"Yes!" I practically yelled causing them to laugh.
They got up off the couch and got their coats from the coat hangers and opened the door allowing me to leave first.
I walked up to the car and was telling them to hurry up. As they slowly walked to the car, I grew more and more impatient and then I remembered where we were going and my excitement dropped. I knew I couldn't eat any more food, I didn't want to become even more fat than I already am, Demi will hate me again.
They finally opened the car door to allow me to jump into the back, while they sat in the front. Luckily Wilmer was the one who was driving us there and it wasn't Demi or else we wouldn't make it there in one piece.
As I was gazing out of the window I noticed we weren't that far away from Burger King which was making me more nervous about eating.
"Are you ok Ellie?" Demi chipped up, I'm guessing she could tell something was wrong.
"Yeah I'm fine, just looking at the streets of LA." I knew this would work because I have never been here before.
"Ok. We won't be much longer until we are at Burger King." Great she just reminded me of what I had been trying to forget the entire car journey.
"Ok." this was the end of our conversation because I pulled out my earphones and IPod and played Imagine Dragons to block anything that anybody wanted to say to me out.
Demi's POV
I that there was something up with Ellie but I also knew that she wasn't going to tell me. As I was about to ask her what she was going to order I noticed she had her earphones in and was listening to music.
I let out a sigh knowing that it is going to be harder to get her to open up than I had thought.
"It will be ok Dems, she just needs some time to settle in that's all." Wilmer assured me taking his hand in mine for comfort.
"I know but she keeps blocking everyone out which isn't healthy. She especially does it when somebody mentions food." I really wish I paid more attention to her instead of blaming her for everything now.
"It will get better, just remember how you were. She needs to hit her version of rock bottom before she will even consider recovering."
"Exactly I know how long it can take as well, who's to say she will even reach her rock bottom before giving up and deciding that she wants to end the pain once and for all." I was now on the verge of tears.
"Then we will not let her feel like this and if she ever feels like this, we do every thing in our power to make her feel loved and try to help her forget all the pain she feels." just as he finished saying this we pulled into the drive thru to order our food.
I turned to face Ellie and I noticed all the colour vanish from her face when we arrived.
"What would you like?"
"Nothing." she blankly answered.
"That's not an option."
"Fine and plain hamburger then." she just sounded fed up and I felt really sorry for her that she feels this way.
"Ok but please try and eat it all if not half. " I begged her.
She looked up at me with tears in her eyes showing me how much she didn't want to buut she gave me a slight nod to show that she was going to try anyway.
"I'm proud of you Ellie." she gave me a confused look.
"Why?" her voice barley above a whisper.
"You are going to attempt to eat, even when I had hit my rock bottom I still refused to try. That is why I am proud of you. You are being braver than I could only imagine to be especially when I was in the same place that you are in now." I finished what I said by giving her a small smile.
We order then collected our food and then made our way back home.
