I wish I could love you

Explination time

"Cara did you just say you slept with your boss?" Serena says as she tries her hardest to understand the young nurse, who can't believe she has just told the overseer of her own boss.

Cara looks down at the floor, "I Erm... I didn't mean to... It sort of... Erm... Happened" Cara blushes.

"How can something like that just happen?" Serena says but Cara says no more as she is really annoyed with herself for telling Serena.

Cara gets up "I'm sorry I have to go" Cara says as she rushes out of Serena's office, she begins to cry as she knows she's messed up big time, she recalls Serena saying 'if she ever caught someone having an office romance they would be struck off'. This scared Cara as she knew she would possibly be.

She rushes to the locker room and sits in the corner of the locker room with her knees pulled up close to her chest.
She cries to herself she really did like Raf, he made her feel loved, he actually for once made her feel like a woman unlike Jed.
She gets a text from Raf 'Hope you don't mind but I am going to cook for you tonight' Cara smiles to herself and wipes away her tears.

Later on Cara has finished a very awkward shift now she needs to face Raf and tell him what's happened, she goes to collect Ella from nursery, Ella has never seemed more happier to see Cara which made Cara smiles.

Cara makes her way out of the hospital with Ella, it's a warm summers evening and Cara hasn't got far to walk as Raf doesn't live far from the hospital.
She is suddenly greeted by a man who's a little bit taller than Cara, "hello Cara" he man says to Cara, she looks up at him.

"Jed!" She says as she looks at her ex husband and realises why he is looking at her in shock.
"What are you doing here I thought I told you I never wanted to see you again" Cara says as she tries to walk past him but he blocks her path.

"I have a daughter!" Jed says in confusion, and Cara rolls her eyes and holds Ella close. "Why didn't you tell me Caz" he says as he continues to block her from walking anywhere as he wants answers.

She rolls her eyes "I didn't tell you because I thought you loved me and it would of been a nice surprise for you when you got home" Cara says as she tries not to look at him. Se hates him so much for cheating, she knew she would never forgive him again. "Now Jed, just move out my way" she says as she grits her teeth.

"Cara that's our daughter... I don't know what to say" Jed says as he raises his hands to his mouth in shock as the nine month old baby girl looks around.

Cara huffs as she's getting impatient with Jed, "Yes she is, but you will never be her father... Well only by blood by you cheated on me when I was pregnant too! Don't you think you should apologise to me, I gave birth alone... When I needed you the most you were in another woman's bed!" Cara says as she starts to get angry.
"I loved you Jed, but not anymore" Cara says as she pushes past him as she needs to get Ella home.

"Cara wait!" He says as he grabs her wrist but she just pulls her hand away.

"By the way Jed I never put you down on the birth certificate, and our divorce papers are on their way, I want nothing to do with you" Cara says as she stands up to a man for the first time in her life.
She walks away and makes her way to Raf's she hated herself and Jed for everything that has happened but she wanted a fresh start but she isn't sure if she really wants to stay in Holby now Jed knows about Ella.
