Laura's POV

Erica. Erica,Erica,Erica..

All day the school has been talking about this Erica girl.

I don't like her.

And no, it's not cause she sits right in front of Ross.

It's not that.

I just don't like her.

"Laura ?", Raini waved her hand in front of my face and I felt like it wasn't the first time she called my name.

"Hmm ?", I answered, absentmindedly. I turned towards her to give her my full attention now.

"Are you even listening ?", she said frustrated, "There's a party at Jack's next weekend. He invited us."

I groaned, not liking the idea already. I mean, I love dancing and listening to music and stuff.

My only problem is the flirting and making out of couples in every corner.

Another problem was, that Erica will be there. For sure.

"I don't know..", I trailed off. "You know I've got dance practice and stuff.."

"Oh come on, Laura.", she said in an urgent tone. "Jack really wants you to be there."

I sighed and glanced over to the table where Erica and Ross were sitting. Only like three seconds of glancing at them caused me to see Erica back-facing me and Ross smiling at something she said.

What could be so awesome that he's smiling about ?

I didn't even realize that my gaze was longing too long at the same place to be glancing.

"Wait..", Raini murmured before following my gaze.

"You don't like this Erica girl, do you ?", she said while sighing.

I shrugged. "I mean, I can not hate her before knowing her."

"How sarcastic.", Raini stated, making me turn to her with a confused look on my face.

"What do you mean ?", I asked.

"Well, for not judging someone you don't know, you judged the members of R5 pretty fast.", she said matter-of-factly.

I sighed, knowing that it's the truth.

But I mean, I wouldn't even been so fast with the judging without my oh so lovely sister. She

Laura: I don't know... She's kind of strange..

Raini was about to say something again but than Mrs Ashton walked in, yeah that R5 fangirl.

Mrs. Ashton: Good morning guys, sorry for being late but I had a discussion with my husband.. He didn't wanted to listen to R5 in the car a-

She realized what she said and than gave us that one look.

Mrs. Ashton: Open your books at page ... Yeah, Ross ?

I looked over at Ross, who decieded to sit next to Erica now, as he was raising his hand.

Ross: Um yeah, Mrs. Ashton, we've got a new student.

He smiled at her. She gave the girl beside him a kind of death-glare.. Gosh, Mrs. Ashton..

Mrs.Ashton: Oh yeah.. How could I overlook you with your tons of make-up in your face ?

She laughed as it was a teacher joke. The class went with 'DAYUUUUUM'

Mrs. Ashton: Well, come in front of the class and tell the others something about you, Erica Johnson.

Erica went without hestitating in front of the class, not even a little bit bothered by Mrs. Ashton her comment.

Erica: Hey guys, I'm from Seattle.. I moved here cause of my dad's work and I love to act, sing, swim-

Mrs. Ashton: Keep it short, Johnson.

She raised her brow for a sec, showing her arrogant side already, and than smiled cheekily at the class than.

Erica: That's it, pretty much..

Mrs. Ashton raised her brow as Erica was about to sit next to Ross again.

Mrs. Ashton: Oh, I think you should sit in the front row, next to this harry-potter-like-looking guy... What was your name again ?

Cameron: Cameron ? Mrs. Ashton, you're my teacher since 5th grade..

Mrs. Ashton: Whatever, Jack get your things and sit next to Ross.

Since Jack was sitting next to Cameron.

Jack just nodded and than I caught him looking at me and smiled weak.

Mrs. Ashton just smiled satisfied and turned back to the class.

Mrs. Ashton: Back to the lesson..
