{Back to normal}

Laura's POV

I slowly opened my eyes, seeing that the sun was just rising. I turned to the clock that was on the wall. 5am. Why the hell am I awake ? I tried to drift into my sweet sleep again, cause you never can get enaugh sleep, am I right?

I felt my eyelids getting heavier again, when I heard someone shout. I fell out of the bed, trying to get out of it as fast as possible. Great way to start the day.

I ran downstairs, still trying to recognise the voice that shout. I was way to sleepy to recognise it in first place.

I firstly went into the kitchen to see that it was empty. So I opened the door to the livingroom. By opening I mean that the door bumped into the wall behind it, causing it to make a loud noise.

"WHAT HAPPENED ?!", I screamed. "SHOULD I CALL THE AMBULANCE?!"

"You better do. Because I feel like I'm going to get a heaRTATTACK OF RIKERS CUTENESS !", my sister, Vanessa, screamed.

I looked at her, than at the TV which was showing a kind of interview I guess.

"Are you KIDDING me, Vanessa ?! I thought something happened!", I said in disbelief.

But who am I kidding, she wasn't even listening to me anymore. She was way to much focused on the scene playing on TV in front of her.

Ross' POV

I was playing random notes on my guitar, failing to write a new song.

"FAMILY MEETING IN THE KITCHEN.", my mother shouted.

I stood up, sighing. I'm not coming forward with the song anyways.

I came into the kitchen and saw my whole family already sitting around the kitchen counter.

I raised my brows, also sitting down on one of the seats.

"So ? What's up ?", I asked casually.

"Well, Ross. The others and I talked about something and um yeah..", Riker trailed off.

"Without me ?", I asked, raising my brows the second time in less than 5 minutes.

"We weren't 100% sure if we're going to do it.", Rydel said.

"So what is it ?", I asked kinda impatient now.

"Okay, I'm gonna make this short. Ross, sweetheart, do you want to go to highschool ?", my mother asked.

"Like normal teenagers ?", I asked, kinda guessing in which kind of direction this conversation was going.

"Exactly.", my father spoke up.

"Of course !", I said like it was obvious.

"Than you're going to like what we're going to tell you now, Ross. W-", Riker was trying to say when Rydel interrupted him.

"WE'RE GOING TO A NORMAL HIGHSCHOOL, ROSS. IT'S REALLY HAPPENING.", Rydel screamed next to me, making me doubt for a second if she got me deaf.
