A Blessing Yet a Curse(Steven x Connie fanfic first one :) )

Chapter Twenty: Falling WITH STYLE!!!

 Connie's POV: (As I sweep the floors of the temple house. I look out the window to see nothing but glittering sand, filled with gem shards. Makes me think of Steven.) *Peridot enters* -Peridot: Hey, Connie. You might wanna go to the Big Donut. The gems want to tell you something. Something about a way to track Steven or something.- REALLY?!?!! (I toss the broom down, all the dust falling out of the dust pan. Getting in Peridot's face.) |At the Big Donut| Is what I heard true?. - Amethyst: Yep, we're getting Steven back!!!- -Garnet: We didn't say that, if he is alive. Then we can track him. And mabye rescue him. Until then. Tell no other gem out there about this, we can't get their hopes up.- (All of the gems are females, so they loved to hang around Steven. They call him a "New experience". Which isn't the case.) Alright. So, how are we gonna find him? -Pearl: With this piece of technology found on one of the red ships that Citrine has brought with her. (She holds out a red projector.) If me and Peridot can fix it, then we will tell you. Until then, check on someof the humans still in Beach City. (Beach City has been desolate for a few weeks now after the first attack a few months back.) Ok. (I see Sourcream, sitting in rubble and debris. Still dubstepping to the same music that he has for atleast two years.) Hey Cream. How ya been? -Sourcream: Good good, haven't seen Beach City so empty of humans without guns, heh. Hope Amythest is alright. After my mom had passed and Yellowtail took Onion to Wisconsin. She's basically been my mom and my provider since they don't accept my music at college. (I felt weird thinking that Amethyst was his ....... never mind.) OH?!?! I thought you and here were, you know....like a...pair. -Sourcream: You know I'm not into fruit.- No like.....a......you know I need to see on other people. We will continue this NEVER.

Steven's POV: (I finally made it onto the normal prisoner deck. It's filled with gems that I remember fighting next to. Half of them seem so tortured, it brough tears to my eyes.) -Random Gem solider: Hey it's~- SHHHHH. (I point to the guard walking by, I quickly grab him/her by the neck and  rips her esophagus out.(Brutal ik.) It drops to the floor poofing. Surprisingly, the gurads didn't hear it.) *Whispering* Where is the control deck. We need s riot so I can turn this ship around. -Gem solider: There is no turning this ship around. It has already passed the first atmosphere. We meed to accept our fate. We will all be executed by tomorrow. (She starts sobbing.)- Hey, it's alright if I cant get us off the planet. Then I will have take it over. But I will need help, Onyx is probably looking for me, he will have my head if he finds me. -Gem solider: (Sniffing.) Ok....it's in the corridor to the left then head into the door on the right.- Amazing. You haven't even seen in there, how did you know how to get there? -Gem solider: It's my ability, I was part of a scouting regimen for the second gem war, when yellow diamond's empire fell. Im Azurite by the way.- Azurite...what I nice name. But now isn't the time for names. I will be back. (I hurry into the corridor and bust down the door. I toss my shield at the warden's head, cutting it off like melted butter on a diamond cutter. I open all prison doors. Causing a riot in the ship. I rush back to Onyx's little hole where I left him. No where to be found...I go and head to the bridge with a few gems that I picked up, along with Azurite.) Ok, which way to the bridge. -Azurite: To the left staircase!!!- (We make a sharp turn and see Onyx, waiting for us at the top of the stairs. His white eyes glowing like a violent moon.) Uh oh, he's pissed. RUN I'LL HOLD HIM. (They run past him, he goes after them to execute them on the spot. But I grab him by the shoulder, turn him around and punch him in the jaw, sending him into the  wall, again.) STAY THERE THIS TIME! (I head to the bridge, where the room has been cleared already. -Azurite: Now what. (I rush last her and slam my shield into the controls.) Now, we head to the escape pods. (We head down to the escape pad where some pods are still there. I look out the window and see we're hitting the ground already. I can hear fire whooshing into the bodies of gems.) WE HAVE TI GO NOW! (I push everyone I can into escape pods and press the eject button and we shoot out the ship, as the ship hits the ground so do we, we all get knocked out.) |To be continued...| ~Thank YOU ALL FOR ONE THOUSAND READS, at first, I thought that this book would be a total bust.
