Chapter Thirteen: Connie's Mission Part Two: The Bulbagem

Connie's POV: "Ok,ok. Nothing much just a bunch of creepy, weird eyes watching my every freaking move. Alright chill Connie, ok so this mission is simple, or so Pearl said. Just find a corrupted gem with the shape of a leaf."

 So Connie wanders the almost endless, thick woods until she finds a temple similarly to the one Steven found in the strawberry area. "Aw I thought Steven said it would be way bigger, but he was 12 when he told me this. The gem might be inside, but how did they open it?" She unsheathed her sword and slahsed the door open with ease."Well that was easy. Woah," She said as her eyes witnessed what looks like a scene from Jurassic Park."Looks like a Tardis in here.*Makes the worst British accent impression ever.* This looks like some wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff here." So, she enters and instantly steps on a pressure plate which opened a trapdoor below her. "WOAHHhhhhhh." She regains control and stabs Rose's sword into the wall, breaking her fall but twisting her ankle in the process. "AHHH, this is gonna leave a mark." She walks with her sheath like a cane until she sees a light with a Bulbasaur looking creature walking around."So this is the creature Pearl sent me after. Give me ten seconds brain." She tries to charge at the gem but she lands hard on her right ankle, making her fall on the ground along with the sword clanking on some stone. Alerting the creature it charges at her. But, as usual, the Quartz Master comes in and shield rushes it, making it crash into wall.

 -Steven: "Well then, looks like your boyfriend is saving you this time." He licks his tounge out at her, making her blush.- " I had this under control, you know." -Steven: "Of course you did, and I'm about to transform into a super shark." He said as he transforms into a  shark with feet."I have a better idea." He shapeshits into and dragon. "Get my mom's sword and hop on." She grabs the rosy pink blade and hops on a rosy pink dragon as they charge into the battleground. The leafy brute gets up to see a pink dragon with an Indian girl on it's back. Steven shoots out pink fire and the long pink line of flame comes toward the creature, which it easily dodges. "You want this Connie?"- "OF COURSE, IT'S MY MISSION." She jumps of the flying behemoth of a quartz and stabs it on the top of its back.(POOF) Connie picks up the leaf gem and tosses it to Steven, which he bubbles. They walk outbthe slowly dissolving temple and heads for the warp pad. Steven notices the injury. -Steven: "Connie hold on your hurt, let me heal you."- "Alright, so how did you heal me last time?" -Steven: "Oh, right, I never told you." He licks his hand and lifts her shoe off and attempts to touch it.- "What the hell are you doing? -Steven: "I'm healing you."- "I have a better idea." She leans in and kisses him, he's a little surprised but leans in further, accepting the kiss. -Pearl: "Steven, are you here? Stevee-"- She notices Steven and Connie in one of their "smooch sessions". -Pearl: O_____O. - She wooshes back to the house. -Lapis: "Was Steven there?
