Unexpected Arrival ;

Chapter 10;

- Shernise POV-

"Damn Digg, why now?" I said with tears escaping my eyes uncontrollably.

I dragged him down the steps slowly, not much I can do because im pregnant, but I bet you ill try today. I finally got him down the stairs to the middle of the living room after about 3 minutes. as soon as I got him down there the ambulance were pulling up. I opened the door and they came in with a stretcher.

"Ma'am , we are taking him to Temple University Hospital" one of the guys said while the others rolled him out. "Are you riding in the ambulance or you driving yourself?"

"I think I'm gone drive myself" I said wiping my tears

"Okay, see you there" he said walking out the house.

I went and got my duffle bag and filled it with clothes and shoes not caring or  taking in to consideration of what I was putting in there. I was just in a hurry to see my baby. Lord knows all this stress is not good for my baby. I grabbed my keys and hopped straight in my car rushing to the hospital. I arrive and to my surprise I seen just the bitch I've been waiting for. fuck a pregnancy. That bitch Marqus is out and healed , YESSS! I ran to his ass and started beating the shit out of him with my shoe, until one of his friend grabbed my hands.

"What The FUCK Shernise!"

"You Bitch, I Told Cho Ass I was coming for you. Remember that day you made Shelly cry and run away? Huh? Haven't seen her since. You Dumb BITCH!" I said trying to break lose and get to him.

"Want to know why I did that?" he said trying to keep himself calm

"No Shit Sherlock!" i said in a sarcastic tone

"Well I ain't want her to see me like that. that's why I Aint call her. just in case I ain't make it , I ain't want that to be the last image she sees of me. you aint even give me a chance to explain."

"Marqus , I'm ..(GCO)-"

"Fuck Yo Sorry, C'mon man" he said and walked off as his friend let me go and went with him

i felt dumb now. i understand where he coming from. that's so sweet. but anyway back to Bae. I walked in and to the front desk.

"Hi, how may i help you?" the lady said to me with a fake smile

"I'm looking for Daniel Simmons.."

"Sorry , he cant have visitors right now, he's in surgery."

"Okay, can you let me know when he's available?"

"Sure , a doctor will come to you "

"Thanks" I flashed a smile and walked away and sat in the waiting room and ended up falling asleep.

Oh great here comes a doctor. I shaking and scared for my life.

"Ms. Lewis?" the doctor said approaching me

"y-yes that's me." I said crossing my fingers.

"Im sorry to inform you Daniel Simmons didn't make it. He died in room 1125 today. We cant find a pulse. Im sorry" He said as i got up and ran. i ran screaming and crying "NOOOOO!" through the halls and in the elevator until i found the room.

"Diggy wake up, baby please survive for me and the baby! Pleaseeee I Love You. Diggy !!! " i said tapping him "Wake Up!!"

"Excuse me miss! You cant be in here."  i was grabbed by two doctors out of the room while another doctor covered Diggy's body. which made me cry even more. Lord this isn't happening.

- At The Funeral -

"This aint my boyfriend , nah this aint him . Matter fact lemme call him real quick." i said pulling out my phone making a scene. everyone was seated except me. i got voicemail. "Hey Bae, i was calling cause these people tryna tell me this you in this casket, but i love you and call me back" I hung up. "see yall he probably in the studio." 

Mrs. Simmons then grabbed me and made me sit down " Its gonna be okay hunny just let him go but keep him in your heart."

i grabbed her into a hug and started brawling my eyes out. "Why my boyfriend , why?!"
