Bella

I thought for a minute, should I follow Mum? This was my little sister, and she could of just been hit by a car.
"Come on Elsa" I said as I lifted her up from the chair and carried her outside. I ran down the street. Sarah was lying on the floor on the road and Bella was screaming, I could see her lying on the floor but mum and Nick were being held back by police. I ran to them,
"Mum why can't we get to her?" I said, Mum turned around and looked shocked while Nick took Elsa from me.
"There's not even any paramedics treating her, she's just lying there"
"Mum I can't do this" I said and I ran around the bus stop and back down towards our old flat and past barlows buys.

Bella was lying on the floor so helpless and little she had a blanket wrapped around her. I crept slowly over to Sarah who was awake but sleepy.
"Sarah did Bella fall?"
"No no she didn't she is fine I promise."
I crept back over to Bella and slowly I lifted her up and her tears settled. Her screaming got quieter and I cuddled her into my chest. I sat down on the pavement and covered her with her blanket.
"Hey your ok aren't you? See your sisters here" I whispered to her.
I looked up as I heard sirens get louder. Mum was standing behind the police officers, she knew if she shouted they would realise I was there so the mouthed to ask if Bella was ok. I nodded.

We stood in the hospital waiting room. Elsa was wrapped up in her favourite blanket, fast asleep in one of the chairs. Nick was sat next to her but I couldn't sit still. Mum was with Bella.
"Isla, come on" Mum said as she came into the room "you can see her now" she said, I rushed to follow her as Nick picked up Elsa.

Bella was laying on the hospital bed, happy as could be. She was smiley and chatting away.
"Is she alright?" I asked
"Yeah she is absolutely fine" Mum said, "we can take her home now" Mum said as she lifted her up and put her on her hip. As she did I got a text from Bethany it said Are you still at the hospital? I replied Yeah why? Then she said can you come down to a&e? Then come back home with me? And I replied Yeah sure give me 5 mins.

I told Mum and she said it was fine because her and Nick were gonna take the girls home and me and Bethany could get a taxi. She handed me some money and gave me a kiss before I went down to find Bethany.

I found her and we went in to see Sarah.
"Hey you two, I need to tell you something" Sarah said.
"What?" Bethany said as we peaches on the bed.
"Bethany I'm pregnant" she said. We both looked at her. I was in shock and so was Bethany.
"But it's a secret ok?"
"Alright I can deal with that I guess"
"Ok well you two go home and I will see you tomorrow, ok?"
"Yeah" we said at the same time.

We got a taxi from streetcars home. Bethany was ranting to me, I was trying to calm her down, telling her I was fine with two little sisters.
