There's something you need to know

I was about to head out the door to go and see rob when I was met by Mum act the door.
"Isla, where you going?"
"I was just gonna go to town with Bethany"
"Urm can you rearrange? There's something you need to know."
"Yeah sure" I said as I got my phone out and pretended to text Bethany as well as following mum over to the sofa.
"You know I had a lousy Mum and I never knew my dad."
"Yeah"
"Well I have found something out that might change that."
"Ok"
"I was just at Johnny's and he urm he told me that um that I'm his daughter, he's my dad."
"What?" I said slowly in shock slightly.
"I know. And rob blackmailed him into telling me, it's a shock darling and I'm angry but you don't need to worry about anything ok?" She said as she pulled me in to hug me. I remained there for about twenty seconds until I realised something.

"Wait mum" I said as I pulled away
"Yeah" she said with tears in her eyes.
"What about Dad?" I said. She stayed still with a puzzled look on her face.
"Oh my god Paul, oh my god"
She paused for a further minute or so, before getting up and grabbing,
"come on we're going to chelle's" she shouted angrily as she got to the front door.

We arrived at the pub and went straight through to the back. Mum started pacing as Michelle sat down on the sofa next to me. Mum explained the whole story and at the end explained about dad. When she finished Michelle looked puzzled.
"Don't worry babe dad is only Johnny's first cousin, that makes Paul your second cousin" she said as she stroked my arm and kissed my head.
Mum continued to rant and rave, I just thought about what was going on and how messed up my family was.

I looked at the clock, it was nearly 7.
"Mum"
"Yeah darling"
"Do you want me to go get Bella and Elsa?"
"Yes baby, Elsa is with Nick but could you get Bella from Roy please?"
"Yeah sure" I said as I got up to leave,
"But Angel, don't tell anyone ok?"
"I won't" I said as I left and went over to Roy's.

I got Bella her face looking so happy to see me and took her home. I got her in her pyjamas and me in mine before taking her favourite blanket and snuggling up on the sofa with her.
We both stayed there until Nick and Mum got back and I put bella to bed and went to my room.
