Subject A3 Has shown exceptional performance while in the maze. She's gained strength and agility. Her fellow subjects seem to have respect towards her. A3 seems to have grown close to Subject A5 Newt, the second in command.
At first A3 excluded herself from other groups of subjects and seemed to have a hard time opening up to them. She quickly overcame this and I'm pleased to see she's participating in the help of getting out of the maze.
We've noticed she try's to protect everyone in the Glade and has gained the role of a Keeper along side Subject A7 Minho.
She's helped everyone out and made sure everyone had what they needed.
I strongly believe Subject A3 is a key to survival.
