Erika's POV
I was finally getting used to my new hair and I kinda like it. It's easier to take care of and I love the bleach effect. I personally think I look much prettier.
Another case has happened at a small, but rich city in California. Some things were happening in a high school. No clue what it is but an old friend of mine has an older sister that works there. She knows what I do because of a night with a couple too many drinks.
Anyways I rode across a couple of states so it better be important. Of course I had to get a disguise. But FBI would be too overrated. The town didn't even put the deaths in the paper, so that crosses out all types of cop. If I went as a school inspector they would like papers of some kind on if they passed or not and other official stuff I wasn't ready to do yet with my lazy, sad, ass. It would be really weird to be a... a parent. They would like to see the kid, and that led me to the last thing I could think of. A student, I filed in some papers and got into the school.
I decided to become a senior again, it was the closest thing to my age. But I just had to sign up the month they are going to have prom and it was the week I was going into the school. Lovely, I hate it when prissy girls scream and whine for the "PERF" dress for prom. Ugh, so annoying. That's why I ditched my proms. This time I'll go. It'll be the best time to search for the school for the thing.
Okay first day, new school, and I have to make sure to push away everyone that I can, then search for this damned thing. I put on some random clothes that I felt comfy in.
I applied almost no make up whatsoever. And hooked up about 5 different daggers to my belt, including a demon and angel knife. The demon I killed and the angel knife was given to me by my father. He must be preoccupied right now. He isn't answering my calls.
Off to school on my pure black motorcycle and in odd outfit. I was wearing a tight blue turtleneck and skinny jeans with my leather jacket, I bet I looked pretty badass. Dean would be drooling over me. Wait, I'm on the job no thinking of those troublemakers.
When I did get to the school it was packed with teens and they were all gathered around what looked like a pink and purple motorcycle. I scoffed it was like a little pedal bike compared to my sexy machine.
They saw me park and unmount my bike, then ran over to gawk at it. I just walked away with the keys in my hand and a few boys stopped me in their path.
"That your bike?" The tallest one if the three asked.
"Why would you need to know?" I answered.
"If it is yours can we take it..." The shortest asked fake coughing at the end "or you" he cleared his throat, "for a ride?"
"What makes you think you're so lucky pip-squeak?"
"Oh, just my charming looks?"
"Haha you're so funny, isn't he?" I asked rhetorically.
The middle hadn't spoken until now. "Sorry for my friend's rudeness. They get a little out hand."
I felt myself blush lightly, not enough for anyone but myself to notice. "Thanks but no thanks. I have my own way of saying people are rude." A sickening sweet plan popped into my head.
"Well I'm sure I'd loved to see it." The tallest one challenged.
"Okay," I kicked him in the nuts and then when he bent over I whispered in his ear. "Sorry, I meant to kick a little harder, assbutt."
He looked at me deranged. "What?"
I didn't answer to that and I just walked away into the school to see what classes I had. Even though I should just ditch I loved language. I aced all the first set of classes and answered pretty much everything a bit too perfect.
