I ran outside and started shouting from Sophie's back garden.
"You need any help," I heard a voice say.
I turned around and couldn't see anyone.
"Huh?" I said to myself.
"Over here!" Shouted another voice.
I looked straight ahead of me to see three heads perched on the fence looking over at me.
"Nice Bra!" Jack shouted.
I looked down at my body and saw that I forgot to put a tank top over my sports bra.
I tried to cover myself up with my arms but it didn't work out well.
"Who were you calling anyway?" Frankie called, "Is Brianna your sister?"
"COURSE SHES MY SISTER YOU MORON!" I shouted.
I heard a door swing open behind me.
I swung around hoping for it to be Brianna.
"Oh hey Soph," I sighed, "You found Bri yet?"
"Nope," she said.
Frankie smiled as soon as Sophie walked out of the door.
"Hey Pretty," He called over.
Then him and Jack wolf whistled.
"Hey Boyss," she replied, winking.
"Oh my God Sophie! My sister has gone missing but you think flirting with the biggest dorks in our stupid dorky school will help find her quicker!?"
"Nope," she bowed her head.
Josh climbed over the fence dividing me and Sophie apart from the boys.
He walked up to me and put his arm around my shoulder. He then pulled me into a cuddle.
"Oh Josh..." I cried.
Sophie ran over and we had a group cuddle.
"Oh I'm not missing out of this!" said Jack, jumping over the fence. Then being followed by Frankie.
They both ran up to the group cuddle and immediately joined in.
We all ended up in a laughing heap on the floor.
"Are you okay out here girls?" she started, "Oh and boys!"
Josh, Jack and Frankie all stood up.
"We were just abou..."
"They were just about to help us look for Brianna," I butted in.
I looked at Josh and he gave me a nod, which I knew meant thanks.
"Okay, I was just about to call your mum and then the police." she said, "Do you all want to come inside and Sophie will make some drinks for you all."
"I will?" she said confused, "I mean, yes I will."
We all laughed and made our way inside.
Josh and I sat on one sofa and Frankie, Sophie and Jack sat on the other.
"So..What does she even look like?" Frankie asked.
I switched on my phone and went to camera roll. I scrolled through all my pictures until I came to my favourite photo of me and Brianna.
My eyes pricked and a when I blinked a tear rolled down my cheek.
"Come on, it's okay." Josh comforted me.
I handed him my phone, he leant across to Frankie and showed it to him.
He took a picture of it with his phone and saved it.
"I'll send it to everyone in my contact list," he said.
"Thank you," Sophie said for me, reading my mind.
I could hear Clare shouting down the phone.
"She's your child! She's got nothing to do with me really!" "Oh come on!"
"You can't blame this on me!"
"Maybe if you spent your money on your children instead of alcohol then she wouldn't of even been at my house and she would of never gone missing!"
Then she hung up.
Clare walked into the room and you could tell she was mad because her face was the colour of a ripe tomato.
"I think that we should go for a drive and hand out some posters," Jack suggested.
"Yeah we should," I said, wiping the tears of my cheek.
We all stood up, except from Clare who was slouched on a dining room chair drinking black coffee.
"See you all later."
"Bye mom," Sophie hugged her goodbye and we all walked towards the door and out onto the road.
Josh grabbed my hand and squeezed it. I squeezed it back and smiled.
I looked over at Frankie who already had his arm around Sophie. They were whispering something that I couldn't hear.
Sophie giggled.
Then Frankie said something else.
She giggled again.
"You two okay?" I asked, "I mean, it's not an appropriate time to be giggling is it Sophie?"
Sophie sighed, "Well at least I can make good things out of the bad."
"Well I have better things to do then giggle at some cringey, stupid fricking jokes." I replied.
"WELL AT LEAST I DON'T HAVE A SISTER THAT I CAN'T EVEN KEEP MY EYE ON FOR 3 SECONDS!!" She shouted back at me.
My jaw dropped open and tears streamed out of my eyes.
"Oh come on Sophie! You didn't have to say that!" Jack and Josh said.
"Just leave us alone, okay? Sophie wants space," Frankie said.
"Oh, push off! Like you would know what Sophie wants. You only met her 10 minutes ago!" I shouted, this time tears of anger poured down my face.
"Come on girls," Jack said, trying to calm us down.
Then the most unexpected thing happened.
"Hello," I heard a voice say.
"Brianna!" I spun around and screamed.
She ran across the road.
The car came.
The brakes screeched.
The death happened.
