Chapter 10

Melanie's POV

I woke up to Calum's arm around my stomach, luckily I was just able to get out of his grip, when I went into the lounge room Michael and Bianca were asleep on the floor together, they were facing eachother, Bianca's head on Michael's chest and his arm around her shoulders, they were so cute, I was bored so I went out for a walk, I walked to the park me and Calum were at yesterday to see Luke with a guitar, I went to go surprise him but I started listening to what he was singing

he sung and wrote words on a book, I kept thinking who was the song about, I was thinking about the lyrics through my head, I was standing there thinking and someone yelled heads up, I was too focused on thinking I didn't hear and the ball hit me in the head and I shrieked and fell over behind Luke and hit his back

"Ugh what the fu- Melanie?" He said with a questioning look on his face "how long were you there for" he asked scratching the back of his head

"Enough to hear you sing that song" I replied and smiled at him, he send a nervous smile back to me "who's the song about" I ask and grab the book, before I can see Luke snatches it off me and stuffs it into his backpack

"No-one, I was bored so I wrote down things that made sense" he nervously chuckled and put his things away "what are you doing up this early Mel" he asked

"I could ask you the same thing" I smirked at him

"I asked first"

"Well everyone was asleep so I came here" I replied "your turn" I grinned at him

"I come here when I want to write" he smiled at me

"Nice" I reply "come on let's go" I say

"Where"

"Anywhere we want to go, we can do anything" I said sending him a smile and holding my hands out for him to grab

We were at the beach getting drunk, after my third i was drunk, so Luke had mine,he had five and he was drunk, it was getting dark and we laid on the sand and talked

"Who do you like Luke" I slurred

"Your never going to believe it" he slurred back

"Who"

"You" I was to drunk to feel shocked cause my mind was different

"I like me too" I chuckled, we decided to walk home and as we were at my place we stood out the front for a bit

"I had a nice time today" luke slurred and laughed

"Me too luke" I chuckled we were silent for a few minutes until like grabbed my cheeks and slammed Into me

I couldn't comprehend what was happening but I tried to push Luke off me, just as I was about to Calum opened the door and I pushed luke off me and he fell onto the ground, I looked at Luke shocked as of the actions he just did, maybe it was his drunkness that made him do it but I couldn't handle it so I ran, I ran to the park and sat there thinking of what happened, before I knew it I was asleep on the grass

Calum's POV

I heard Melanie giggling outside so I went to grab her, when I opened the door I saw Luke kissing her and her pushing him off, I didn't know whether to be mad that my best friend kissed my girlfriend or upset that he knew how much I liked her and he still did it, while I was comprehending what just happened, I heard footsteps disappearing in the distance as I looked at where they were from, I saw Melanie running away, I was too mad to chase her so instead I grabbed Luke and shoved him against the wall

"WHAT THE FUCK MAN YOU KNOW I LIKE HER, WHY WOULD YOU KISS MY GIRLFRIEND" I yelled pushing him against the wall

I knew he was drunk because I could smell it on him but that doesn't give him am excuse to kiss her

"Woah girlfriend since when" he said trying to change the subject

"DONT CHANGE THE SUBJECT, WHY WOULD YOU KISS HER" I yelled

"BECAUSE I LIKE HER , SHE IS THE MOST GORGEOUS, BEAUTIFUL, AMA-" before Luke could finish I punched him in the nose

he fell onto the floor, I was about to pick him up and punch him again but Ashton and Michael ran out and pulled me off of him, I was furious, the girls came out to check if Luke was ok and they cleaned him up. The boys dragged me inside and told me to sleep and we will talk about what happened in the morning so I did, I was lying in bed thinking why, just why and where was Melanie, before I knew it I drifted into a deep sleep.
