Chapter 14

"You won't be disappointed! I promise!" I quickly shout at Jill before closing the door. I stop once I hit someone. "Sor.. Hey!" I smile.

"Hey, baby!" Jimmy hugs me. "Did you accept?!" He shouts in my face.

"I accepted it!" I kiss him. "I start next Wednesday."

His eyebrows raise with his glowing eyes. "This is so exciting! Baby, I'm so happy for you!" He smashes his lips on mine.

"But I have to thank the man who gave me the job.."

"You don't have to, Penn.." He smirks.

"I do. So thank you, babe, I very much appreciate it! I could never thank you enough!" I kiss him.

Jimmy giggles in the kiss. God, he's so cute! "You're very very welcome, babe. Let's go celebrate." He grabs my hand.

I skip along with his long legs. The man walks fast and I don't think he realizes it. "What are we doing?" I smile at him.

"Lunch.. I'm busy until after the show tonight.. We can celebrate then too." He squeezes my hand.

I hold the vinyl up in frame, smile at the crowd and rush through this so I can hopefully go home and nap. "And I hope to see you tomorrow! Buh-bye everybody!" I jump off the stage and nod at Tariq before making my round for high fives.

I finish zipping my jeans up as I open my surprisingly unlocked door which I thought I'd locked before taping. No big deal though.. A girl with honey blonde hair and deep green eyes smiles at me. "Hey, baby." I smile at Spence.

"I have exciting news!" She flashes her perfect bright smile.

"Which is?" I smile at her again.

"We can go home!" She jumps up to me and kisses me. The second she pulls away, her dimples grow deep. "You're not excited.." They pop back in.

I dip her down and steal a kiss in the process. "But I am." I kiss her again. "I'm just really tired today for some reason. Trust me, I'm excited." I steal another kiss. "Especially going home with you, babe. I wish you could carry me.. I could fall over and sleep, right now.." I hold my yawn back. "Give me 20 minutes, to make sure I'm not needed." I bring my girl back up.

"I'll give you 30." Penn smiles and breaks our hold. "Baby, are you hungry?"

"No.." I lay on my small leather couch. My feet hang over the armrest. "I just wanna nap.." I cover my eyes with my arm and let my right hang over, knuckles on the wood flooring.

A tiny clinking sound to my right, Penn brought up a chair. "When we get home, I'll cuddle the shit out of you.. Wipe your cute face clear of makeup. Turn the heater off and cuddle with you, baby." A thin thumb rubs my cheek. "Gary can too."

"Mhmm.." Is all I can say. Her touch is so comforting and warm. Even when she's cold at night and fights for heat. Just something about her makes me warm and fuzzy inside. "I love you, baby." I lean against her palm.

"I love you.." She whispers in a sweet voice. "Don't you think if they need you, they'd call you or something?"

My right eye fights to stay open. My office is pretty bright. "They will! Come on!" I jump up and grab my jacket.

We stopped off at mom and dads for Gary, and Spence wanted something to eat along the way. The second I unleash Gary, she bolts to her bed, squeaking her obnoxious squeaky bone. "Go lay down.." A hand trails my butt, Spencer walks past me.

"Come with me.." I purposely whine.

Her eyebrow cocks up when she grabs a fork. "I will.." She smiles. "Just go lay down.."
