☯Wanna be healthy/lose weight/whatever but you are a 'stay at home' type of person? Same. Soooooo I came up with list of things you can do to be healthy because healthy body healthy mind. Anyways, here's the list:
1. Go on walks- Morning walks, afternoon walks or evening walks- it doesn't matter when but you get a bit of exercises.
2. Instead of going by car/bus go by a bike or walk/run- if it's not that far away of course.
3. No more sweets or junk food- sweets are really bad for you and overall junk food. In my house we have a drawer where we keep all the sweets and it's near the sofa so when I'm chilling on the sofa I always take something out of there. So simple don't buy sweets and junk food.
4. Buy fruits and vegs instead of sweets- I love buying frozen fruits because they last longer.
5. Change from fizzy drinks to water- fizzy drinks are very bad for you and are very addicting so I would recommend changing from fizzy drinks to water- you can always add a lemon or lime. Or instead of water you can always make yourself a smoothie with fruits or vegs.
6. Do a 10 minute workouts few times a week- we need to exercise to be healthy and have lots of energy.
7. Find a sport you might like- it will make getting exercise way easier. Fun fact I used to hate running and I never understood why people did it for fun but now I'm obsessed with running and I run nearly everyday so give every sport a chance!
Overall eating healthy and exercising are the two main points of being healthy. However, you have to remember that you aren't a prisoner or something. You are allowed to eat unhealthy from time to time and you are allowed to sometimes skip exercise, because guess what? You are just a human.
