☯How to stay healthy during this winter:
-Drink warm beverages(I recommend teas including chamomile, green and fruity ones)
-Dress warmly(who cares about that new top, put on a warm coat unless you wanna be feeling like death for a week)
-Exercise(I should start listening to my own advice tbh)
-Try to eat atleast some healthy foods(I recommend a yellow/white/whatever grapefruit- I feel like that is literally the only reason why I'm healthy rn)
-Sleep, sleep and what else... oh yeah, sleep
-Eat a big and healthy breakfast(I read that keeps you healthy especially during the winter)
-If you think you are starting to feel unwell take some vitamins
-Sweeten your tea with honey and add some lemon juice to it( honey and lemon are also good for when you are already ill)
-Add some garlic to everything(not too much though)
