(Haileys POV) i look out my window and see adam in a porsche. i run out to meet him and i get into the car. "i like this car." i tell adam. "yea it was my fathers and he gave it to me for my birthday a few years ago. would you mind doing me a favor and call james and ask him if he is at the staples center." adam said. "sure!" i tell him. adam hands me his phone. i click the home button to wake his phone and i see that the lock screen was us at the beach yesterday. i unlock his phone and call james. "hello?" he said. "hi its hailey. im using adams phone and he wanted to know if you were at the staples center." i told him. "yep. the whole band is waiting for him." said james. "alright. we'll be there soon. bye" i said. i ended the call and we were already a few blocks from the staples center. adam pulled into the lot and parked. "shoot! we have to hurry!" he said. we raced out of the car and into the building. adam grabbed my hand and we ran to the steps. we walked down and into a big meeting room. i looked over and saw pj practicing on his keyboard. james was taking out his guitar, matt was practicing on the tabletop, and mickey was talking to fred. pj looks over at me. he stops playing and says "hello." to me. "hi. im hailey." i say.

matt and mickey both look over and smile. adam motions mickey to come and i see adam take out something from his pocket and adam wispers something to mickey. im to far away to hear what they are saying or see what adam has in his hand. all that i can see is that it is very small. fred says "alright everyone lets go rehearse one last time before we actually perform." i walk out with the band onto the stage. everyone starts setting up and i go down in the pit area. adam plugs in his guitar as does james.pj sets up the keyboard and matt the drums. and mickey is strummin on the bass. they start practicing. adam is just humming not actually singing. i watch matt rock out on his drums. "hey guys!" adam says. "lets play one full song. lets do...lets do wipe your eyes." they all nod and start playing. i sing along in the pit. adam basically sang this song to me. i watched james play his guitar i amazment. i was just thinking about how does he get his hair so perfect...once they finish the song, they head back to the meeting room. there was no opening act for this concert. it was 2:50 and people started ariving.
