What happened last night? (CH 8)

She put her arms around his neck. She slowly opened her eyes. She gasped. "Hardly.." She thought.

RECAP OVER

He was awake. He didnt move cause he didnt want to startle Lauren. The 'he' was Luke.

Lauren rubbed her eyes again. Now her senses were defiantly coming back to her. She smelt the cologne he was wearing last night now.

She looked to her left. Stuart was still fast asleep spread out across the bed. Luke started to rub her back. "Hi" he said with a smile. "Uhh hi. How'd I get here?" She asked suddenly realizing she was on top of him.

"I saw you fall onto the ground last night so I waited a while and picked you up and brought you over to me." He said with a slight smirk, still rubbing her back. "Oh yeah about last night.. thanks, Luke." Lauren said with a smile.

She moved off of Luke and to the side of him where she was inbetween the back of the couch and him. He put his hand on her waist now. He pulled her in towards him. "Oh my god oh my god oh my god is this for real? Someone pinch me! Actually NO dont I dont want to wake up!" Lauren thought to herself.

"WELL WELL WELL, whats going on here?" Stuart came running over and crossed his arms with that same devious smile on his face. "AAH!!" Lauren screamed as she fell off the couch. Luke tried to catch her but missed as he looked down at her and then looked up at Stuart with a pissed look.

Lauren rubbed her head and looked at up at Luke and then up at Stuart. "I'm just gonna.. go to the bathroom." She quietly said and got up, embarrassed. "Sorry Luke, did I ruin a moment?" Stuart said, still with his arms crossed.

"Hey man, what are you trying to do here? Your meant to be on my side." Luke sat up on the couch and rubbed his hands through his messy hair.

Stuart ignored Luke's statement. "So, did anything happen last night? I'm sure if it did, I would've heard." Stuart said with a smirk in his voice and slightly pushed his hips to the side, mockingly.

Luke shot him a glare. "Ok, no you know I'm not like that Stu, now stop acting like a college kid." Luke said annoyed and got up to go to his bag. "Hey I dont mean anything by it. Its only fun." Stuart walked over to Luke. Luke gave him a look and looked back down into his bag.

Everyone was down in the dining area now, waiting for their breakfast. They all had their bags ready to go but they just wanted a quick bite to eat first. The girls were there first. All of the girls were there except for Kayla. She was probably dragging along with the lads again.

Maybe even with her new fella? The lads came in now and , ah yes there was Kayla as the back with Ryan. "YO We're over here!" Cara said as she hopped up and waved both her hands franctically in the air.

"Cara, I'm sure they can see us, were the only ones in here and this place is the size of a box." Talia said, laughing. Cara sat down suddenly embarrassed. They all laughed.

The boys sat on the other side of the booth. Awkward enough, Luke sat across from Lauren. Kayla moved onto the girls side and sat across from Ryan. "So Kayla, who is this mystery man, huh?" Lauren said as she raised an eyebrow and looked down the table to her. All the girls looked down as well and started smiling. "Uh, a new friend of mine." Kayla said as she crossed her arms and raised her eyebrow back.

"Are you sure its just a friend?" Cara said teasingly. "YES" Kayla exclaimed. "Thats not what you said earlier." Ryan smirked at Kayla. "Oh my God." Kayla playfully hit Ryans arm. Everyone laughed again.

LUKES P.O.V

"God why would Stuart do that? And why did he have to pick to stay with me and Lauren? I'm gonna have to talk to Cara about this later cause I just cant get through to him.

God look at how cute she looks when she smiles and her cheeks crease around her mouth. She looked cute last night when I carried towards me on the couch. Her cheeks were so soft and so was her back. Ok Luke calm down." Luke now started to stare at Lauren from across from him. "Shes so cute when she laughs. I was so stupid that night last year. I could still be with her if it wasnt for.. Ughh. I'm surprised Lauren didnt get mad at me when she found herself on top of me." Luke smirked to himself, still staring at Lauren. She now started to look back. Luke was in his own world and didnt notice. Daniel noticed and made a "Waaahhh" face at Cara which earned him a giggle. Lauren looked into Lukes eyes then she looked up behind him. "Oh shit how long was I staring for?" Luke looked behind him and saw the waitress waiting for his order.

GROUP P.O.V

"Ohh uhh, sorry, I'll have the pancakes, thanks." Luke stuttered. Lauren bit her lip trying to hold in a laugh as she looked down. Luke smirked at her. Cara made a 'well in' face at Daniel. Daniel laughed.

They all ordered their food and around ten minutes later the food came. When Courtney's food came, she made a face at it.

"Omg I asked for no salad, and what do they give me? S-A-L-A-D!" She threw her hands in the air. "Jesus like!" Talia spit out her food and started laughing.

The food landed on Jeremy's face. "Thanks, I really wanted some of your bagle." Jeremy said as he wiped the food off his face.

They all finished up their food and went into the van. "So where to next?" Ryan said as he put a foot in the van.

"Woah woah woah, not so fast youngin, you need to have your offical squad ceremony before you set foot in this van!" Cara said as she put a hand to his chest pushing him back.

"Ok Cara, be nice to my friend please." Kayla said as she went back out of the van. Cara started doing some sort of spirtual 'haka haka' dance and ended with putting a leg into the air, spreading her arms and looking into the sky.

She made a noise then went back into her normal state. "Okay, the mahiana's said you can join our squad. Here is your offical squad badge." Cara said as she held out her hand with nothing in it. "Uhh thanks." Ryan said, trying so hard not to laugh as he took the empty space of nothing from her hand. Cara walked happily into the van and popped her head back around the corner and beckoned Ryan and Kayla to come in. Kayla mouthed and "I dont know" to Ryan. They both started laughing as they went into the van.

"What took ye so long?" James said as he put his arm on the back of the couch.

"I was doing the ceremony for Ryan. Pity you guys didnt come out and witness the mahiana's speaking to yours truly. "Cara said proudly as she looked up and put her hand up.

"The what now?" Josh said as he poked his head around from the front. Lauren shook her head at him to let her friend have a moment.

"Yeah okay, well come sit over here before you go flying when Ken starts the van." James said as he nodded at Cara to come sit next to him.

Cara looked back down at him and gladly took the request as she plopped down next to him. His arm was now around her.

Daniel was on the other side of the van sitting across from them with his arms crossed. The van started. Next stop, The heart of L.A!
