NO FUEL (CH20)

RECAP

Luke shot up as he gasped and looked back down at Lauren.

"Its Daniel and James." Luke announced as he put his hand down to hoist Lauren up. She quickly took it as they stood up and looked at each other for a few seconds before they both ran towards the car park.

RECAP OVER

CARA

"JAMES STOP! STOP HITTING HIM!" Cara screamed as she tried to stop him, but was being held back by Courtney. James was on top of Daniel now, on the ground by the van. The whole group was outside now, panicking not knowing what to do. Ryan had stepped in now but got a few accidental boxes across the face from James, causing him to topple back.

Stuart was running around Cara like a headless chicken, with his heads clung to the side of his head, screaming.

"Stuart stop! Your so not helping right now!" Cara shouted as she frantically tried to escape Courtney's grasp to help Daniel.

Daniel kicked James over so now he was on top of him, breathing heavily with blood oozing out of his mouth. "James why?" Daniel asked as he pinned his arms to the ground, struggling to breathe.

"Cause you took her from me. You made me look like the bad guy when in fact Daniel, you are the bad guy." James said and with one final kick, he kicked Daniel off him and attempted to kick his chin but was pulled back by Luke.

"Luke, stay out of this!" James shouted as he tried to punch Luke's face. "Why the fuck are you two fighting?!" Luke yelled at James as he had a firm grip on his arms. "She took my girl Luke. She was mine until he came along and fucked it up." James exclaimed as he spit out some blood, causing Luke to flinch.

"You couldn't have talked it out? Daniel is fucking unconscious James." Luke said as he threw down James' arms by his side. James frustratingly rubbed his head as he looked at the ground. "But she was mine Luke." James said quietly. Luke huffed as he jogged over to the rest of the group all by Daniel.

"Daniel! Hello! Can you hear me?!" Cara shouted in Daniel's face as she shook his shoulders, her eyes starting to tear up. "Daniel, please Daniel!" Cara screeched at the top of her lungs as she put her head onto his chest.

Stuart crouched down on the other side of Daniel and scanned his face. His face was black and blue and a little bloody. Stuart shook his head and sighed as he looked at his cousin crying on Daniel's chest. Lauren bent down by Cara and put her hand on her back. All there was was silence and Cara's loud sobs as the sunset continued to turn into the dark night sky.

A hand that wasn't Lauren's came up onto Cara's back. Cara looked up at his face as Lauren stood up away from them, along with Stuart.

"Daniel.." Cara trailed off as Daniel's eyes opened slightly, his dark brown hazel orbs staring into Cara's morning sky blue eyes. His hand started to rub her back slowly and soothingly, calming down her sobs. The group awkwardly looked away, started mini conversation with each other or looked down at their phones.

"Daniel are you o-"

"Your mine Cara. Not James. Please dont be James'. He's no good. He doesn't like you the way I do. Cara please your mine, can I be yours?" Daniel said all in one go. Cara smiled at him as she wiped her tears.

"Yours." She said quietly. He smiled at her as he wrapped her into a hug on the ground.
