V/R: Volunteer. My little sister, Granta's friends thought it would be soo funny to put Granta's name in more then once, she got picked and I knew she wouldn't stand a chance in there.

Appearance: Very light pink skin, green eyes, pink/yellow hair( usually pulled back in a high ponytail on account of how long it is.), Pointed ears, scars on the arms and legs, really long eyelashes, very beautiful (according to every master she has ever had.), always covered in a thin barley noticeable smokeless fire, stands at 4"9.

Personality: loves adventure, quite clever and sneaky, generous(but knows when to be and who to be generous to), very kind (basically says sorry every time she feels she has done something wrong) , loyal, scared of most things but overcomes them at the last second.

Weapons/skills: Gigi is able to appear as someone's greatest fear for 3 Mississippi seconds this is to her advantage although if this tribute has good eye sight this talent is useless, Gigi is also very agile and fast, has amazing balance ability , very good with bows, daggers and disc blades.

weakness: when she gets ordered around she gets put into a silent panic attack which can only be calmed by the sound of chimes made by wind in her ears. high altitudes, despite being covered in fire water is not a weakness, when something is wished for( it is a major distraction and takes lots of focus, when someone wishes for it she MUST grant it although it will disappear automatically because the rules of the games), cucumbers( she breaks out into a huge fervor).

Weapon of choice: A bow that shoots daggers the size of pencils but VERY SHARP.

Back story: Gigi was 2 when this happened, the family was very poor and her father was desperate for money. Gigi's father was the head of the H.M.C.F ( Human. Mutational. Correctional. Facility) It was a new program and wasn't creating enough money. Gigi's father had been reading on the ancient art of mutation, the ancient art was figured much safer then the modern way that he had created. Gigi's father was so desperate that in the middle of the night he took Gigi to the desert to try to teach her the art in hope she would carry on to help the family. He wanted to start off small by teaching her how to mutate a scorpion with a snake, but when Gigi's dad turned to grab the snake Gigi was stung by the scorpion who had been hexed by a genie who's soul lived long ago within the small creature. The  moon was in perfect position and when Gigi got stung she fell into the mutant dust, with the Genie's soul pulsing through her veins, there was a bright flash of light, a scream, and the mutation had happened Gigi had turned. Gigi's father was mortified, he knew the capitol would come for her when they sensed a monster on their lands so he ran to hug her one last time and as soon as he finished she was gone. Gigi was then brought to the child monster care at the heart of the capitol building where she was raised and taught until the age of 14 where she was sent to take care of her self in other mutants in the De Nova district. Soon after her sister was sent to her because of the unfortunate event of their parents passing.
