Appearance: He is only about 4 inches, which is normal in his district. He has light red tinted skin and black hair with a red streak. He has a trail of black smoke - only a little - wherever he goes. He has a sharp cute face. (Which he uses to trick people)

Personality: He is a trickster. He is mean and he doesn't really like anyone and no one likes him as a result of this he is a little emo. His big brother taught him how to be evil and ever since then he has been being mean and playing tricks on the other Fairies and Pixies.

Weapon of Choice / Skills: He can change the will of plants - to make them carnivorous. He likes small push pins and covering them in poison. He can go on very little food because a strawberry is a feast to him - he's 4 inches tall! Nobody can really hit him with anything - He can fly really fast but leaves a trail. Can fit into small spaces.

Weaknesses: He is very small and if there is some wind he can't control himself. He gets lost easily. People can find him very easily though. His plant bending is very dangerous, and so is just being evil!

Weapon of Choice: Push pins with poison. (It's the only thing he can hold)

Backstory: When he was born his dad knew he would be a troublemaker. At age 4, he found out he could change plants wills. The bad way. After that his brother taught him how to be evil. When his mom had the third child, she died giving birth and Tapario's brother fell into a depression and Tapario kept on training to be evil. At the reaping, when Tapario got picked, he thought his brother would volunteer, but he didn't.
