After lunch I went to 4th, history. I walked into the class to see that I was one of the last ones to arrive there. I walked to the back of the room and sat in the only seat that was open... right in between Sam and Kian. I decided to stay silent the whole class and not talk at all as I watched the teacher lecture us about how important History was.
When the class ended I left the classroom, with Kian beside me. "hey." Kian said.
"hey." I said bluntly.
"That was some class huh?" Kian said, trying to start small talk as I arrived at my locker, trading some supplies out for my next classes. "Oh history this, history that." Kian said.
"Yep." i said, not really wanting to talk to him.
"Rose cmon can we talk?" he asked.
"Not right now I have to head to class."
"After school then."
"I have plans sorry."
"After those plans then."
"If I have time fine but I gotta go." i said, walking away, to my next class, ELA. I walked into the classroom and saw Jenn, Chris and Luke all sitting at the table group together. I walked to the group and Chris stood up and dragged a chair over for me, "Hey!" he said.
"Hi." i said, smiling as I sat down next to him. Jenn looked at Luke, then looked at me and Chris. "What?" I asked.
"oh nothing." Jenn said.
"What are you doing after school Rose?" Luke asked me, "Do you need a ride home?"
"No thanks I have some plans." I said, then felt Chris's hand reach for mine under the table. I smiled as he held my hand.
"Oh really?" Luke said, I nodded.
"ooooooooo." Jenn said.
"Okay class." The teacher walked in, "Today we'll talk about my expectations for you as students in my class, then the rest of class will be for you guys to get to know other students in the class." she explained.
Once her lecture was over we had about 20 minutes to ourselves. I took out our phone and so did Jenn, Luke and Chris. "Hey I never got your number." Chris said.
"Smooth." Jenn said, "Right in front of her brother too."
I giggled as Chris handed me his phone and I put my number in and put my name as, Rose💖😍 then handed it back to him. As Chris saw my name in his phone he chuckled then texted me.
UNKNOWN NUMBER: Hey ;)
I smiled, a giggle escaping my lips. I put him in as Chris😎 then texted him back.
Rose: Hey :)
I sat back in my chair and smiled as Chris held my hand from under the table again. "You two are so cute." Jenn said. I blushed. Chris entwined my fingers with his and then I smiled even wider. "I'm so excited for our date" Chris whispered.
"oooooooooooooo." Luke and Jenn said, which caused me to blush once again. Then the bell rang. I got up and Chris, Luke and Jenn got up to.
"Ew gym." i said as I looked down at my sceduale.
"At least we have it together." Chris said. I smiled wide.
Chris is so sweet.
