The Seeing and Try

Chapter Twelve

At the building where Henry and William were unchained and they were waking up again. The men were still surrounding them but this time they were holding bats and wrenches. The brothers knew that those men were planning on crushing them to death. The drug they injected weakened their strengths so there was no way out but to fake sleeping. While they were silently laying there the doors opened. 

The men shouted on who was there and a familier voice came to their ears. 

""Good evening gentlemen," was only that she said and her whole act changed in to darkness she was in front of the men and smashed her fist in to the mans face then grabbed the bat crashing it in to two stomaches. William and Henry sat up and saw the blank face Rita that he had not seen before. It was a killer face that was not to be taken lightly. They both got up as Rita fought and killed the rest of the men. She threw the bat to the side and looked up to them and saw the shock in their eyes. "You two should get out of here now," 

"We need to find Karen the leader has her," Henry said. 

"I will get her you two need to get as far away from here as possible," she demanded, "That way you guys won't become witnesses of the fire." 

"What are you talking about?" 

"Just go!" she shouted and they both ran out of the building without even thinking. 

Rita sighed and quickly walked in to the room where she knew that the job was almost completed. She slammed the door opened the man had the knife and the spine. Rita lost her mind and slammed the man in to the wall. She made the man sleep for now and then foot steps were heard behind her. 

"You can take care of him later." it was her brother behind her, "You need to save your friend first." 

Rita gave the filthy man to her brother and went to bed where Karen was waking up in to pain. She was trying to speak but Rita placed a finger to her lips so that she would not to speak. Rita turned to her brother that was with two vampire police men,

"Get out of here now or you'll be in the fire that is going to be set off in five minutes." 

They all nodded and ran off. Rita turned back to Karen and her eyes turned in to white. She leaned over to her ear and told her that the building was going to explode but none of it was going to injure her anymore. Rita touched the huge hole that was created in her back. 

"Rita please," Karen said weakly, "I want you to turn me." 

Rita clenched her teeth, "You are not going to become a vampire by force. I'm going to heal you and you'll be fine." 

"Please Rita," Karen said with such a small voice, "I am doing this because I am dying but it's because I don't like endings. I don't want to die at all." 

Rita touched the cheek of Karen and she shook her head, "I'm not turning you!" 

"This is my wish," Karen whispered, "Would you please turn me Rita?" 

Rita felt like it was harder to breathe now. I have to do this. She though, it is her wish. Rita bent over to her neck as the the bulding burn down in to ashes. The sky was the witness of the turning of Karen. Rita bit down on to her neck and a tear started slide down from Rita. She bit in to her neck hard taking blood that almost gave her death. When Rita backed away from her neck she saw a shadow growing from her. 

"Do you have the blood?" 

Tucker was behind her with a gag of vampires blood. He gave to Rita and she opened it. She parted Karens lips and fed her the vampires blood. after the last drop the turning process was complete. The spine was back in to her back in order and her body quickly healed. Rita's eyes were still white as Karen woke up. 

"Thank you." Karen said she still felt weak. 

"I'm sorry Karen," Rita said and placed her hand on to her forehead, "Please forgive me." Rita took away the pain and suffering of the man in white did to her and then snapped her fingers to put her to sleep. Rita placed Karen's head down to the ground gently and whispered in to Karen's ear that her brothers will be waiting at the apartment and that it was rude to make her brothers wait as well. 

Rita stood up and turned to Tucker, "Did you tell William and Henry to go back and wait." 

Tucker nodded, "They weren't too happy about it." 

"That's fine," Rita looked down at Karen one last time then walked to Tucker, "I'm taking care of the Mercy. You already took care of the Vampire government?" 

Tucker nodded again, "Yeah even thought they wanted the man to be alive they knew it would only cause more trouble and decided that he has broken too many laws too many times. You are allowed to shatter him completely." 

"I was going to do it anyway with or without their permission," she declared. 

"I know that," Tucker said, "I just wanted to assure you that you aren't going to be in trouble. I don't like the government being mad at me." 

Rita shook her head, "That is not true at all. You love it when you break their rules and do what you want." 

"Yeah thats true," Tucker put his arm around, "Well we better go before your friend wakes up." 

Rita smiled, "Okay let's go." and then was finished saying good bye to her friend.
