Forever seems to be
A pretty long time.
Until what you had
Is over.
Then you really get to see
How long forever really is.
I thought forever meant
A lifetime.
But I can actually tally
Up the days.
It doesn't mean a lifetime,
And it doesn't mean an infinite amount of time.
Forever is only as long
As you make it.
