Chapter 17- Emma Thorton

(Ashleys POV)

It has been two weeks since the boys have left. I miss them like mad, but i'm so so happy for them to get the oppurtunity to go to America! Jeff went with them so it's just my mum and I in the house. Things have been going better with her but, she still isn't enjoying the fact that Luke and I are dating.

I've skyped with Luke but, it's become harder to talk with him because of time differences. We're suppose to have a skype date any minute now because, he had to cancel last night.

I move my laptop in my lap and log into skype. I called him up and waited for his response. He finally answered my video chat, I see him wave at me with a huge smile upon his face.

"Lukey!" I exclaim, "Hello baby, you have no idea how happy I am to hear your voice!" He says smiling even wider. "I know I miss you alot. I miss all of you boys." I say pouting.

He smiles and waves his hands to someone in the room. Before I know it three boys pop their heads in the camera. I gasp louder than I should have. "My boys!" I yelled laughing when I see Ashton and Calum pushing eachother for a seat next to Luke.

"Hey Ash!" Mike screams and blows me a kiss. "Hey Mikey! What are you silly boys up to today?" I ask with a smirk. "We just played a show, it was sick!" Ashton yells behind Lukes head. "Aw, that's great boys, how's America?" I ask, i've never been to America but i'd love to go one day.

"It's amazing! The fans are absolutely mad here!" Luke says putting emphasis on mad. "I know I see tweets all the time saying how excited these girls are for you to be in America. It's so crazy!" I say laughing.

We carry on talking for about an hour, Luke said they had to go soon when the 1D boys finished up on stage.

"Okay, bye bye boys! I love you all so much!" I say blowing them all seperate kisses. "Bye Ashley we love you more!" Mike yells and chases the other boys out of the room to leave Luke and I to say our good byes.

"Okay baby, well I love you to the moon and back and will talk to you soon." He says and hangs up the blog after blows me a kiss and waving.

I sit there for a minute thinking how I can't get another kiss from Luke, or another warm hug from Cal, another great pep talk from Mikey or another sweet compliment from Ashton in another two months.

I lay straight in my bed and curl up to the stuffed penguin Luke let me have until he came back, and smelled him on it. After I got a whiff of his scent I lost it and cried hard into the penguin.

I wake up the next morning to a loud moving truck pass by my house. I peek outside my window and see a young girl, about my age was picking up boxes and moving them inside her 'new home' or so I imagined.

I walk downstairs and smell something sweet being made. The scent dragged me into the kitchen, where my mum was layering chocolate icing on top of a cake.

"Hey mum, what's this for?" I open our refrigerator and grab a bottled water. "A new family just moved in across the street. I'm baking this cake as a house warming gift." I nod my head. "Shoot, hun will you do me a favor and bring this to them? I have an important meeting in an hour and I still need to get ready." She asks me looking down at her watch.

"Sure" I say simply. I run upstairs and throw on a pair of sweat pants with a white t shirt. I throw my hair in a high ponytail, not caring about my apperance much, but not looking a complete mess.

I jog down stairs and grab the cake. I walk out the door and head out to the young girls house. I reach the door and knock on it lightly. I hear the door creak open and then it shoots open, to a girl with long blonde hair and perfectly tan skin opened the door.

"Oh, hello." She says shyly. "Hey, my mum baked you a cake for a house warming gift. My names Ashley Deak" I say putting out my hand to the shy girl making her step away from the door more. "Hello my name is Emma Thorton, thank you for the cake." She says accepting the cake and hand shake.

I wave to her and walk back to my house. I run up my room and check my twitter.

I smile to my self and close my laptop. Luke texted me last night saying he'll call me today but I havent heard anything from him yet.
I get cut from my thoughts by my phone playing 'Try Hard' next to me. I shoot up and lay down flat on my bed answering it with a perky 'Hello?'

"Hey Ashley! What are you up to?" I hear my amazing boyfriend ask on the other end. "Nothing, there's a new family living across the street" I say in an excited tone. "Really? Have you met any of them?" He asks me interested. "Only one, she's about our age. Her name is Emma Thirten." I say not sure if that's what it is. "Emma Thorton?" He stutters shocked.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
