Chapter 23- The clans back

(Ashleys POV)

"I can't believe i'm turning 16 next week" I say when we finally turn off Girl Code after 3 hours.

"Yeah, we're going to have some fun on your birthday. What ever you want is what we will do" Mike says eating his grapes. Yeah that's right we turn from unhealthy snack to healthy snack. Stay mad.

"The only thing i'm for sure about is I want you guys to give a little concert" I say giggling.

"You got it babe" Luke grabs my hand and smiles.

"Ashley?" My mom calls walking in the lounge.

"Yes ma'am?" I rip mine and Luke's hands apart.

"I'm going to sleep but Jeff is coming here soon so, make sure to let him in the house alright?"

"Yeah, of course mum. Nanite love you" I say and give her a hug.

"I love you guys too, please don't make a lot of noise I have to be up early"

I nod my head wait for her to leave so I can cuddle next to Luke again. She still isn't big on our whole PDA that goes on but, she's finally accepting of our relationship.

Not twenty minutes passed of us just talking about how girls have it worse off than guys when I hear a familiar knock on the door.

Jeff does this weird knock so we know it's him and not some stranger but, it doesn't really make sense since there is a peep hole.

I walk up to the door and see the one person I wanted to see for a month or two now. Megan.

"Megan, what are you doing here?!" I ask looking down at her suitcase. It looked like it was weighing the poor thing down so I took it from her hands and placed it by the door before engulfing her in the biggest hug ever.

"Hey there munchkin!" She says through my hair that is across her mouth.

"Ash, you're kind of um squishing me" She says sounding struggled.

I let go of her and see Jeff carrying more luggage into the house and then another two people come popping in from the corner.

"Hannah! Amber!" I yell at my friends who are talking amongst themselves.

Hannah pushes through, Megan and Amber and hugs me so tight my eyeballs are about to pop out.

"Happy birthday Ashley" Amber says hugging me as well.

"Thank you. Come on in girls" I say and carry Megan's suitcase where Jeff placed the other girls suitcases.

"How'd you guys get here?" I ask them after they and the boys greet each other again.

"Your mum and I thought of this whole thing. We planned out everything for a while and Jeff even used the money that he was going to use on a new car to get our tickets" Megan says happily.

I look up at Jeff who was standing at the corner.

"Happy birthday sweet heart" He says, I get up and give him a hug.

"Wow, my birthdays next week but it's already the best one I've ever had"

"I'm glad, well I'll leave you girls and boys to catch up then."

"Thank you so much Jeff you really don't know how much I appreciate this!" I say and give him a hug. "I love you"

"I love you too darling."

"Jeff, I love you too!" Mike says in a girly tone.

"Good night Michael" He laughs and walks away.
