☪Dark and Mysterious Love Trilogy:

"Roses of Possession"

15: Unspoken

Though how many times Jane begs her, Jane gets nothing. Jane knows it's just fair not to just give away information about private people; especially the ones in the palace. But this one's different. Jane's certainly sure she has a heart to know.

Jane is trying very hard to read Ellen, to know where she came from from and how she ended up here. She's keeping her promise of helping her.

But, even Leila won't share a word. How considerate.

Jane gazed at the window one more time before looking back at a pacing Leila. Her hands are both placed on her waist and creases takes place on her forehead. She has never seen her so worried sick before. Anyone can tell she's thinking deep as of the moment.

The sun was brightly shining; an obvious indication for a bright new day. Another day of suffering like never before. of course, Jane was getting used to it.

"That's it!" She exclaimed, with both her hands up in the air. Jane stands exasperatedly and gave a glance at Leila's way. "Is something I don't know going on?"

"-And don't try to deny it Leila. I can tell. You wouldn't be sweating like a lioness out of normality if everything's okay."

Leila shrugged, finally giving up. She lets go of a large bag of air and inwardly rolled her eyes. What's new? It's just the typical not-so-oblivious Jane noticing her nerves again. She leaned by the wall and shrugged one more time. "It's nothing."

"Leila," Jane trailed off, throwing her a look of sarcasm. "You're even more worried than me. I'm about to face tremendous vampire Lords and yet, there you are; for no particular reason, biting your lip that it would bleed."

Harry's stressed cousin raised a brow at Jane's direction. "Your point?"

"Okay, if you really don't want to tell me why... Then just tell me something about Elle-"

"No! Not happening, sorry I won't. I refuse." Leila sternly glared at her. Sometimes, she just don't get it if Jane has a loose screw in her head or if she's just trying to get on Leila's insane side. "You know how dangerous it would be for you and for the servant if I tell you things about her Jane."

"And why is that?" Jane pouts. "I clearly see nothing wrong."

Leila sighs tiredly and firmly glared at her again. Jane would've insisted to know but she knows that her stubborn side isn't helping on Leila's state. It's adding more pressure and it's not healthy. The sound of the gates echoed inside her room. It caused Jane and Leila's glance remain on the window.

Soon, men on horses and carriages appeared. The vampire soldiers stood by, bowing before each nobility. They were gentlemen in class. Ruby rings, gold suits, silver necklaces; everything.

"They're here." Leila let out a sigh and faced Jane -more stressed than before. She wasn't sure but maybe that's just a normal response for her since before -way too long before. Her blood would boil, her instincts would drive her crazy. That's how she goes.

Jane linked arms with Leila, wincing with pain as her heels clench on the ground. Her dress was too long that she needed to hold it up to keep her from tripping down. Maybe Zayn was after all decided with what he wanted. He pursued to marry her and this is his first step.

They called a meeting for all the vampire Lords under the King's estate which was temporarily led by Lord Damien Moonpain of the city of Champa. Jane had the worries like usual. Zayn's about to announce his love for her. No words could say how much she disgust him.
